Congrats!I've just acquired a pair of F Pennetta ( (US open) H22's in a blade 2015pj, on their way from the US.
Sure, by all means, go ahead! Will be posting some pics if anyone is interested?
Ouch, good luck with that!I'm also just in the process of selling a kidney to pay for them.
if anyone is selling or knows of someone who is selling a h22 16/19 then I would be interested
they are legit, trust me they are
whats everyones experience with the 16x19? I have 2 in burn paint, 27.5 inches and I have them at 12.2 with a 32.7 balance strung with alu power. at the moment, its great. I have tried h22 18 main, both patterns of h19 and both patterns of pt113b. this frame is like a perfect blend of those I just mentioned.....
I prefer H22 16-19, paintjob blade is more soft than burnsorry guys but what do people prefer? h19 or h22? Thinking about getting some. Thanks

It's been a great ride with my H22.
This stick does nearly everything well & I thought I would not come across anything that I would like more until recently.
If anyone is looking to pick up a lighter 18X20 version (306 gm unstrung), message me.
If anyone has any questions, it's best to direct message me.What’s are the specs and paint job?
when it comes to a h22 what are peoples preferences for string pattern? Don't see alot of 16/19 mostly 18x20. is it perhaps because it's the more popular pattern for peoples spec?
Hi Folks. First post!
Started playing after a 5-7 year layoff.
Wanted a new stick and everything I hit with felt strange, mostly modern stuff (Babolat pure aero, Yonex v Core, RF97 and others). The RF97 I liked more than any other retail but still, it wasn’t right for me.
I played competitively in my teens. Seems like I don’t lose much even after a long layoff other than stamina.
Anyway, after nerding out on forms I picked up two unused H22’s under a Six.1 95 pj. All I can say is absolutely amazing!
For my game, spin is 95% of the Babolat, 95% plow of RF97 and it feels like I can serve the jacket off the ball. Completing strokes is key for me as I do see how the ball can fly if you don’t come all the way through and over. The H22 does everything really well.
All that said, the H22 is probably the best stick I’ve ever hit with and will Never go back to Retail.
Specs:
H22 16x19
2014 Six 1 95 PJ
About 325 in unstrung
About 345 Strung (gut/poly hybrid)
RA 63/64 Approximately
Factory Foam/Silicon in handle.
Wilson Leather Grip.
Came with 2 sets of replacement grommets.
Wish I had this equipment when I was younger!! May have helped me from stopping playing for such a long time!
What do you like about 16x19 more than 18x20?
Also do you have any grommets for sell?
Can I ask what h22 16/19 users think about the control and feel? I’m tempted but unsure if it would be too loose control-wise
In my opinion
The feel is plush.
I have to aim for bigger targets.
Thanks. Do you string it at a tighter tension? Or use thicker gauge to add more control?

I have both 1619 and 1820 h22s.
The 1619 is a little more powerful (same stringjob) and grabs the ball a little more and therefore easier to open angles with it. The 1820 will give you more predictable response, increased feel of control, smoother feel in general while still providing lots of power and spin. Overall i prefer 1820
This may not apply to this thread, but I picked up a brand new matched pair of H19’s 16x19z
Came out 346 and 347 g’s respectively string with champions choice. I’m hitting today so I’ll give feedback va H22
Let us your opinion about the racquet and comparison.
Test Subjects:
RF97 - 2x - 359 and 363 Strung - Champions Choice 55/53 - 1 month of hitting
H22 16x19 - 2x - silicon/foam only, no lead, 349 and 351 Strung - Champions Choice 55/53 - RA 64 - leather grip- one month of hitting
H19 16x19 - 2x - silicon/foam only, no lead, 349 and 351 Strung - Champions Choice 55/53 - RA 63 - leather grip - 2 days of hitting
H22 has a very distinct feel. I know this will sound crazy, feels softer and much more forgiving than H19 or RF22. It is a canon and you can overhit easily if you don’t spin it. That said, H22 can have major spin if you want it can also hit flat real easy. It does everything really well just doesn’t have pin point control. “Aim big” Serve, volley, ground, plow, stability....excellent. Control - pretty good. Next time, I will string 57/55. Also, I use vibration damper. This H19 layup was for a top 80 ATP player and I made no change.
H19 is really interesting. I’ll start by saying next string will be 52/50. At 55/53, feels very similar to RF97, stiff. This one is RA63 per the seller and it fells like it, which is the opposite of what I’ve read. I have no problem generating power but needs full swing and I adjust my grip to be more closed on forehand and backhand and it made a huge difference.
It hits much flatter, with a lot of pace, while spin is 70% of H22. My first serve was on fire, 2nd serve pretty good kick, excellent control and hitting corners and put always were just easy. The H19 was a layup for a top 50 men’s ATP pro, I just adjusted to it and after two days, I changed grip mostly. It’s an RF97 with much bigger serve, much more maneuverability, I can whip shots and the 15-17 grams lower weight actually helps as I feel no difference in plow or stability. It is a monster. Two negatives, lots less forgiving than H22 and less spin. That said, keep your eyes on the ball all the Way and the stick is an attacking weapon and still good on defense. Also, no vibration dampener needed.
Overall, if I were playing on clay H22 or as I get older. Grass/Hardcourt and joints less than 45 years old and still healthy H19 makes me feel like when I played competitively in my younger days.
I feel very lucky to have a pair of both as every modern racquet I played with, except the RF97, which is pretty good for me, was NOT good for me. Babolat pure aero, not fun, Yonex v core, okay ground/volley, but serve felt terrible, no pop/no power = no fun.
I’m not sure what they are doing to new racquets these days, H19/H22 has more old school fee to me with modern head size.
Green with envy!! I still think that a friend's H22 that I tried once was the best racquet I ever hit with; my problem is that I've played with 28" racquets for around twenty years now, and even if I extended an H22 to 28" frankenracquet style - blasphemous I know - the swingweight and control would probably be unmanageable. Still wondering about a 27.5" H22; it would probably serve better than my 28"s anyway lol! These seem to come up occasionally. Enjoy!!
Have you tried the h22 18x20?

No! The H22’s are so nice and did not bother to try the H19’s.Anyone tried the h19?
Anyone tried the h19?
I have a H22 in 18x20 and 27.75 lenght, Blade BLX PJ. Belonged to a top 200 atp player. I am not using it, hit me a message if you are interestedGreen with envy!! I have tested both H22 in 18x20 and H19 in 16x19. H19 suited better my game, more precision and easier to swing. I am very used to thinner beams, so that helps to explain.
