@Slice'n'dice told you we'll sell trekkers for at least 27m. He can be a fantastic player in the right system. Now we're asking for 30m up front (Palace offered 27.5+4m add ons). I think we'll sell him for sth like 30m+2m add ons, basically were taking our money backin hindsight, he was 100% worth it, we basically gave a million or two to relegate Aston Villa. yep, definitely worth it.
Yeah can't believe it great to see, Palace really splashing the cash at the moment aren't they? Don't know if I'd say it's worth it, imagine what we could've done if we'd spent 30 million on a good striker that suited us, but then again maybe we'd still have Brendan Rodgers then, who while I think is given a bit too much stick as he deserves a lot of credit for that season a couple of years ago, we played some incredible stuff at times (people talking about it as if anyone could finish second with Suarez, Sturridge and Sterling up front are talking utter crap, Rodgers fine tuned a system which got the best out of those guys and many others), but we've got a great man in charge in Klopp and someone who I have faith will take us forward. Think Brendan had started to run out of ideas really and it showed, think he's a good manager though and will do well in future. Just need to learn how to organise a defence.
