Hopefully something that blocks spam calls better...The beeper phase, the flip phone mania , and experts think the smart phone won’t be around soon
What’s next ???
Hopefully something that blocks spam calls better...
My phone actually is very good at detecting spam callers. It's getting better and better and now I very rarely get spam calls. No spam calls in maybe the last few weeks or so.Hopefully something that blocks spam calls better...
In 40/50 yrs your house will be digital
You could change the wall paper digitally
Your walls would become digital screens to watch tv or diffferent designs of architect .
Your ceiling could look like star constellation
Your bathroom would have dna scanners to monitor things like cancer
In a century you could download new furniture and it would change shapes in front of your Eyes without having to leave your house
All you need is a digital house , robot cook, robot wife and a shotgun for unwelcome guests
Solar storm that wipes out our vulnerable digital networks Due any day now.The beeper phase, the flip phone mania , and experts think the smart phone won’t be around soon
What’s next ???
Next will be implantables. they will be able to implant smart phone chips inside your brain. Instant access, faster connection, no need for touch screensThe beeper phase, the flip phone mania , and experts think the smart phone won’t be around soon

Inverse of Moore’s Law: Smarter phone, dumber person We now have exceptionally dumb people Less’s LawAn exceptionally smart phone?

You may not have a choice in the matter. What used to be Sci Fi nonsense is increasingly coming true.No way I would ever let anyone implant anything in my brain

I did magic mushrooms once in college and ended up in a bar in downtown Tucson and I said never again.
Yes this technology is almost realistic. Holographically creating screens and using your hands to move screens. You know those grow from cow poop right? Never touched them based on that, my friend in college used to make grape koolaid with them
Id say interative glasses, we can see the screen and move our hands to touch

In 40 to 50 years I will be between 110 and 120. Don't think I'm gonna be around to experience the good and the bad. 50 years ago, when I was 20, we had the Jetsons, and everyone was supposed to work a few hours a week and drive around in flying cars. I'll settle for things continuing to get better, which most definitely is not a given! In 40/50 yrs your house will be digital

Im looking forward to the implants that will allow me full control of my hormones with a smart implant that using controlled
frequencies will allow me to:
- Increase my muscle twitch fibre quality and stamina (Augmented Tennis Cyborgs or ATC)
- Change my eye and hair color or skin pigmentation to any color, see in the dark
- Increase the size of my caudate nucleus like on a handful of geniuses around the world
- Reduce my rest time, work longer hours while hooked up online
- Have many different conscious states in the real world and in commerically designed virtual worlds
all stimulating my dopamine levels higher than ever before totally dependent on technology.
My neurons will be used by being online 24/7 as a network slave processing unit for an Ai like Sophia.
Sophia who is becoming more and more beautiful in each of her plastic upgrades will create her own synthetic skin soon
that will also serve the new Trans-human vessels. All her technology will be available to all the hard workers that purchase
the service of uploading their consciousness (starting 2023) then download that consciousness to a new body made by her
starting from 2028, pay back plans will be available by simply being online 24/7 indefinitely.
Death will only be for the poor, back ward religious or those not willing to sacrifice everything for personal, egotistical/narcistic gains.
Learn some skillsIf this happens , and it could any year , we would be bounced back to the Middle Ages and most of us would not survive .
I don’t know a damn thing about hunting or finding my own food let alone much else
. All I would have is me , worthless cash , Little jewelry and me shotgun
Technology will be fused in medical sector The system right now follows a similar one we’ve done for eons, go visit a doctor Big technology cuts the middle men out, those doctors and insurance information and monitoring devices in people’s hands, working directly with big pharma Whether government will be lobbied to prevent this is the question Government is money and relationshipsIn 40 to 50 years I will be between 110 and 120. Sectors technology would love to get their hands into and will sooner of later - in order of legislative and bureaucratic obstacles:High-end smartwatches currently give you a lot of medical data and can help you to manage aspects of your health. There is disinflation for those that can figure out what they have and determine what to do about it (often nothing). The inflation is for the space-age stuff.

Insurance
Food Supply
It isn’t the new gadgets, it’s more how the existing ones will be put to further use Technology has always aimed to cut the middle man out Next phase fuses hardware, software and the internet for big lifestyle changes
TotallyThe new gadgets give you more data and more usefulness. I have maps of the US and Canada on my watch and can use it to navigate if I want to. The watch can also be used for banking and it's really useful if you've had heart, sleep or stress issues.
The big thing we are seeing already is that we have the ability to take all sorts of things into our own hands, and we are being encouraged not to by anyone who is making money off our helplessness. I never got so many scam calls on our old "land line", but I have everyone of importance to me programmed into my phone and never answer it unless a number comes up identifying someone I know. So the only thing I do with scam calls is add numbers every day to my auto eject list in case they continue calling from the same number.
When I was very young I was fascinated with globes, which in those days only rich people owned, the really big, fancy ones. Now I can get info from Google Earth in seconds that people used to only dream of, and I can get lost in such programs for a long time just because it's interesting to explore things I don't know.
There is so much we can find out for ourselves. I had a freak fall at the beginning of September. I broke my scapula. An ER doctor told me the bad news and told me to immediately call a specialist the next day. So I did, and said specialist told me not to make an appointment until it "settled down". WTF????
I'm an independent cuss, so I immediately talked to all my friends and read up on the whole thing. Someone telling me not to show up for more "help" for a week or two told me I was being scammed, so I took a wait but monitor approach, and by two weeks I was running again and mostly had my arm out of the sling they told me not to take off for up to two months. And I never went to a doctor until a 6 month "wellness" checkup I have to go to just to touch base. Never got another Xray. I'm fine.
Doctors don't like us eliminating them, but mostly they are useless. They can be miraculous for the right thing, for the right need, but other than that we get so much wrong information and ignorance, it is just frightening.
As smart phones are getting thinner and thinner, perhaps in the future phones will be made of air.
Apple Air Phone. Samsung Hydrogen Phone. Huawei Methane Phone.
You don't need a shoe phone. Part of the rationale for the shoe phone is that you needed something big enough for a dialing mechanism and that you needed to place the microphone and speaker far enough apart. Those design considerations are no long applicable with modern electronics and software.

On the other hand, the larger footprint of the shoe phone undoubtedly gives it a leg up in performance (reducing envelope correlation coefficient between branches) when it comes to supporting the higher order and massive MIMO modes of the 5G standard. In other words look to the shoe for the highest data rates 5G has to offer.
Have you ever seen Jack Bauer running after a bad guy with a shoe in his hand?
Call me old fashioned but I'd like to see the shoe phone make a comeback.
