Haha. Roddick getting another whipping. Yet some actually think he can make top 4 over Djokovic or Murray? Lmao. I predicted Djokovic would do better in Miami.

[this was just about the only image of roddick shown by the atp cameras for the last 4-5 games, including andy's last 3 service games! and as the unprofessional jerk robbie koenig said, "He sent him packing."]
well at least he can look forward to his marriage and the honeymoon!
Love Game can you update me on what Koenig said, please? Thanks.good one! Yeah, that the atp cameras and announcers (especially the nasty one) would probably track with interest.

I don't know who is in this crowd, but during the Djokovic game they were applauding when balls were hit into the net. Are they just rude retired New Yawkers or some other kind of idiots. These spectators are soooo terrible. Making noise DURING the point.
And that over rated, weak, no good, Del Portro, who will not present a challenge to the top 4, as someone posted, moves into #5 as Rohdick slides down to #6, just above Simon.Andy is finding out that he can't come to net on Roger and win over 80% of those points. he is winning only about 30% of those points and that spells Loser every time.
And that over rated, weak, no good, Del Portro, who will not present a challenge to the top 4, as someone posted, moves into #5 as Rohdick slides down to #6, just above Simon.
Yep, he sure did. Lost 1,000 points and is now #9 only 135 points ahead of Monfils. Tough. Hope he comes back soon.#5 in the world? What a joke man. Kolja mustve slid down the rankings a fair bit, pity to see.
No, actually, Roddick just stays exactly where he is at #6.And that over rated, weak, no good, Del Portro, who will not present a challenge to the top 4, as someone posted, moves into #5 as Rohdick slides down to #6, just above Simon.

Maybe I am missing something but, going into Miami, Roddick had 4610 points and he was defending 450. He only got 180, so he lost 270 points. 4610 - 270 = 4340. Del Potro had 4470 going in. He had only 40 points to defend and has already earned 180. So, 4470 + 140 = 4610. So Roddick slides into 6th place, but remains 300 points ahead of Simon. No, actually, Roddick just stays exactly where he is at #6.
I was being facetious, Love. Every time I see a post that some player is "overrated", I tend to point out that the player is rated impartially. The poster just wants that player to be at a lower rank than where that player happens to be...... LT, maybe you (unlike others with the same criticism as yours) can explain how a player is "over rated," to use your term, when he is ranked with the same points on the same ranking system as all the other 100+ (?), 200+ (?) players in the ATP?????
(not to mention the fact that Delpo came into Miami at World No. 7 and will probably leave miami at an even higher rating, based on his very own work production compared with that of all the others)
My bad. I moved Davydenko as soon as he dropped out. Which moved Roddick into #5, temporatily. O.K. Now its clear. Sorry about that, folks.Leublu, Roddick is in sixth right now and Del Potro in seventh. Davy, however, is in fifth. He will lose a 1000 points because he was the winner last year. That will drop him down all the way to number nine. So Del Potro will move from seven to five, while Roddick will stay at six. I hope that helps.
Today's ATP Chair Umpires:
Nadal vs. Del Potro - Fergus Murphy
Murray vs. Verdasco - Norm Chryst
Bryan/Bryan vs. Fisher/Huss - Cedric Mourier
Mirnyi/Ram vs. Knowle/Melzer - Gerry Armstrong
It's not on the website. ;-)good info to know, woodrow!
do you find it on the official miami sony ericsson website? or where?
Roddick was already in sixth place going into Miami. He's in sixth right now. When the next rankings come out, Davydenko will have dropped beneath him, while Del Potro will have leap-frogged him. He doesn't "slide" into sixth place; he just stays there.Maybe I am missing something but, going into Miami, Roddick had 4610 points and he was defending 450. He only got 180, so he lost 270 points. 4610 - 270 = 4340. Del Potro had 4470 going in. He had only 40 points to defend and has already earned 180. So, 4470 + 140 = 4610.
