Yeah, not the greatest of match ups for RBA, not gonna lie.

Fed has never lost a set to RBA, and hasn't even been pushed past 6/4. Leads 5-0 in their H2H.
RBA surprised people last year in Shanghai defeating Djokovic, so maybe, uhm, err......

Like Ferrer, one of the easiest match-ups for Roger.

Given the pattern, Federer in 2 sets, none of which being 7-5.

Should be easy for Federer. I was more worried about Querrey zoning. RBA has no weapons to hurt Federer at all.

Can't see Federer losing this one but then didn't see the Donskoy loss coming either :3

Fed in 2 hopefully.

Bautista Agut is like the baseline version of Mischa Zverev. And we all saw how that turned out in Melbourne.

It could be painful. I remember Federer's match against him at Wimbledon. He beat him like a red haired step child. Agut didn't even make a mistake he just continually seemed to be putting the ball on a tee to be walloped. Wouldn't be surprised to see some steaming fresh bakery products on show.

There are people who are good/great players overall and can push people like Nadal/Djokovic/Murray but just can't do any damage to Federer. RBA is one of them.

Very optimistic but cautious.

Excellent draw for Roger. Hopefully Stan will take out Zverev/Kyrgios, then Roger should have a place in the final. Of course, SF vs Goffin would be even better...

I expect an easy straight set victory for the swiss maestro. No offense to RBA, but he's got nothing to hurt Federer, especially when Federer is playing this well. All he can hope for is for Roger to have a bad day, otherwise, straight set in a little over an hour.

It's one of those matches where as long as Fed is focus he won't lose. RBA's serve is relatively weak so Fed's neo return game should be good enough. Fed in straights.

this is going to be a practice session and Fed can do whatever he wants to hone his game for the next round.

So his idols were Ferrer and Ferrero. 2 slamless players. No wonder why Agut hasn't amounted to anything.

EDIT: I take that back. I forgot Ferrero won the french.
