ATP H2H and H2H on HC: 2-0 for Raonic
Last mutual match: 2016 ATP Finals RR, Raonic won 7:6(5), 6:3.

Milos will strive for achieve the 4th final at the Masters tournaments (previous final participations - Montreal 2013 (lost with Nadal), Paris- Bercy 2014 and Indian Wells 2016 (lost with Djokovic)); Dominic about the 3rd Masters final (previous final participations - Madrid 2017 (lost with Nadal) and Madrid 2018 (lost with S. Zverev)) and the first outside the clay.

This match is also the confrontation of the only two male singles GS runner-ups, born in the 1990s decade

Since 2016 Raonic is in a very ****ty spot. He gets injuried, comes back for 3-4 tournaments - makes some deep QF,SF runs - gets injuried for a month - losses rhytm and ranking and then proceeds to repeat. In the past two seasons, he is a top 8 player ranked between number 15 and number 35

Raonic is my pick. I don’t think Thiem will return his serve well enough overall despite the Karlovic match.

And I think Raonic will get a few decent looks at breaking Thiem to win it. Might need one TB but Raonic in 2 is my guess.

7-6 6-4.

When my brother was 14, he told me he was only a fan of Lleyton Hewitt back when Hewitt was still a better player then him.

This is basically how I feel about 90% of players right now.
