I think Ferrero is the favorite. He did well vs Moya even when Ferrero was ranked lower and more up and coming, and Moya was at his heights. Then when both were still good Ferrero almost always beat Moya, even surfaces like fast indoor Ferrero often won where Moya should have been the better player. So definitely on clay which both love, neither in their primes but Moya the old guy of the two, Ferrero will win.
