please tell me who your favourite tennis players are because i need to know your opinions. i am making a presentation for my first job and i want to make a good impression. if you would like you could also send me your favourite pictures of them. Thank You.

For... your job? God, I'm interested to know what job you're applying for! :)

But ehm, most of the people around here will say Federer or Nadal - you can be sure about that for the male side. As for me, it's Berdych, Gasquet and Roddick. If it's also for former pro's, I'd say you can add Santoro to that list.

For the women, it's quite abit tougher. Davey25 will make sure to strongly represent Serena with multiple accounts, and vortex1 will keep on trolling about Henin. But no one here really has an opinion about the WTA, because of its instability. For me, it's Fliipkens and Wikmayer - yes I'm Belgian.

Good luck with your job apply though! Hope you make it!

Gasquet is probably my favorite, but I don't see him winning much any time soon.

Safin and Roddick. These are the only players who, if they lost/lose, it would leave me absolutely gutted. From the 90's, then Krajicek was my favourite player.

Not a fan of Sharapova's, but I do like watching her compete. I feel like she gives you your money's worth.

My favorite player on the men's side would have to be Monfils, because he's so fun to watch.
Kirilenko on the WTA because I also enjoy watching her -- for different reasons.

I also want to add Safina to my list of favs to watch. Not because I love her game or even care about her, but because the amount of choking that she does is only second to the amount of double faults that she hits. The Kimiko match in RG was absolute gold.

I find it hard to identify with a specific player, or to choose a favorite among them.

The top pros all hit the ball with incredible power and precision.

I guess I'd say they're all my favorites and have my respect for their dedication and professionalism.

Now, if you're going to threaten to shove a ball down someone's throat, that's not so good. :shock:
