I still think it's that "hot shot" off the net cord that hurt him, it's everywhere on Youtube. Fed had a little giddy jog after hitting that shot.
What?Gentleman is nothing in the world that Nadal speeches me a little bit he will take ice and ibuprofen lots of rest and some camarones and vamos Rafa!
Poor Fed. Still, no one can go their whole career uninjured and he has been pretty fortunate with his health during his career@underground its the point at 8:06. The smash at the end.
After that, he goes to the abbreviated service motion and loses movement to the FH side. To compensate, he starts slapping winners.
What?
I honestly don't get how people can post or write things that make no grammatical sense. Whenever I write I do it as if I'm speaking, basically writing my silently spoken words. Everything I say is read back in my mind first and usually read again after I finish writing it. I thought this was how everyone did it?

Interesting. I always thought it was the point at 6:37, thought he had a weird jog at the end of the point.
Oh I'm well aware haha, but I just want to understand how it happens like that. How someone can turn out a jumble of words, unironically, and post it? Maybe autocorrect stuffed up? ESL? We need to get to the bottom of thisA vamosalaplayan that is illiterate and high after a Nadal win surprises you?
That guy has been posting **** literally for years.

I remember posting here that Fed would regret it (pushing himself rather than pull out). Exactly that happened, ruined the rest of the year. Thanks for the info. Yeah should have probably pulled out seeing how the rest of the year went
Shawn told Razor to do that after he won the match.
Yes, he could barely walk before taking court because of his back. Nadal said immediately afterwards, "I don't know what was wrong with Roger, but he could not play freely."Was Fed injured at 2013 Indian Wells?
Nadal obviously laid all the ground work to leave federer with no chances of a win.
I voted Nadal. No way Fed's winning this regardless of the outcome.
You sound jealous and mad teeheeA vamosalaplayan that is illiterate and high after a Nadal win surprises you?

12 games? Are you predicting a double bagel? I know Nadal’s in good form and Fed’s his pigeon, but that’s bold!Nadal in 12. Not a typo.
I would think it is now an appropriate time to post this.
Fedr...
I'm not buying Rafa's injury. Else he'll surely pull out. It's not even a final. While Fed is playing well his backhand is not exploding like it did in 2017. The backhand is the most important shot against Rafa. So I don't know what to say. Rafa/Fed in 3 sets.
The weather tomorrow will be the first really warm day of the tournament and the conditions are quicker in the daytime and heat, which will help Fed. That's assuming Nadal takes the court to play. When he says, "there are no guarantees" he'll play on Saturday, I take him at his word. I think it's pretty clear he'll skip Miami too.I’ll go with Nadal in 3. He’s moving well and will probably wear down Federer in these slower courts.
Also today he has the chance to set the longest streak between these 2. Nadal had 2 streaks of 5 wins in a row before, Federer is at 5 now as well. The last set Nadal won was at AO 17.
Fed has won 7 consecutive sets. I don't believe any set went past 4 games.
I think those three are acceptable, even though it would be annoying to hear certain people complain that Rafa would have won if it had not been for his delicate-as-antique-china knee.Nadal obviously laid all the ground work to leave federer with no chances of a win.
1. Nadal can talk to his team evaluate his chances for tomorrow and pull out giving Fed walk over. Moral Victor.
2. Nadal chooses to play and retires midway. Obviously the knee is about to break.
3. Nadal somehow completes the match limping and taking million MTOs and goes to the presser and says not a good time to talk about injury no?
Which one do you think is the most likely scenario to play out tomorrow?
Also today he has the chance to set the longest streak between these 2. Nadal had 2 streaks of 5 wins in a row before, Federer is at 5 now as well.
(Sorry if this was already said, I didn’t read the whole thread.)
Thank you, you are totally correct. They were:Nadal actually has three streaks of five wins.
I'm not as sure tbh. If he is hurting and running like today he is not gonna show up and hand over a win to Fed, cause thats what it will be. He has no chance if he cant move. But it all depends how he feels tomorrow. I say 50/50.
IMO Rafa has too much respect for Fed to not show up for the match. Same as how Fed had the back injury in 2013 at IW but still showed up for the beatdown.
Sometimes your success becomes your own worst enemy. His marquee rivalry with Nadal compelled him to play injured, just because of the 16,000 people that came to see it, and it cost him significantly that year.
Duh. He was running well in his previous match because he didn't injure himself until today.Honestly though, the suggestion that Nadal couldn’t move is just bull crap. At absolute worst his movement was sometimes hampered. But he was running in that 2 hour match last night. And he’ll run in the match later today.
And you think Rafa may not feel the consequences for months to come - even into the clay season - if he plays this match on a bum leg? He lost 10 miles/p/h off both his first and second serve after he was injured and it was obvious he wasn't moving nearly so well. He won because he played so smart.
Except fed did it once in his career which makes it believable. Rafa does it everytime he doesn't have a cake puff draw and before facing Fed or DjokoHow about the time Fed didn't show up at all for the final against Djokovic at the WTF. You guys will excuse Fed for anything but call Rafa a cheater if he has anything happen to him.
Rafa never withdrew before facing Fed or Djoko. The only time he withdrew before playing a top player was Miami 2012 against Murray.Except fed did it once in his career which makes it believable. Rafa does it everytime he doesn't have a cake puff draw and before facing Fed or Djoko
Ok. I take that back but the number of times he tried to show injury as a reason for an important loss is pretty high.Rafa never withdrew before facing Fed or Djoko. The only time he withdrew before playing a top player was Miami 2012 against Murray.
