Yeah definitely! He is definitely photogenic from any shot, and has that french thing going for him.
I wouldnt mind interviewing him!
Wow Simon breaks. To serve for the match.
i think djoko can finally get the no2 he wants

Simon!
breaks again 5-3
Yeah,I think he has a chance to overtake Fed in the rankings here.
And he finished it with ace. Congrats to Simon. Great win.
very lousy match for federer. his serve did not save him today. good job by simon. another losing h2h
Hey man, that Ace was clearly OUT. i saw space there, Roger should have challenged the call. Maybe roger wanted out of this match,,, sick and tired of this Pusher..:???:

i think fed should really check his back. i think it's still bothering him the way he missed his first serve. most of his misses were netting the ball.

Imagine if Del Potro and Federer both withdraw with injury (Federer- back, Del Potro- foot), we would have the world #27and #34 or something playing the Masters Cup, LOL! I remember gj011posting a thread earlier today that it was Stepanek and someone else really low ranked as the alternates.

Stepanek and Kiefer
The bad back for Federer probably affected Fed's ability to work on his serve. Federer's serving percentage was way to low to win this match. His got his work cut out to qualify for sf.

no.. he just doesnt like the trophy...
who the f*** cares dont diminsh simons victory
if he has a bad back he should rest
OK thanks. That would be amazing if even 1 of them got to play. Kiefer would be making his first appearance in the event in 11 years. Which one is the higher of the two to be first alternate?

Congrats to Simon ! I missed the final set. Whats all this talk about Feddies back ?
Did he say it bothered him , did he take a timeout or call the trainer. Or are we fans just cooking up excuses ?
haha !
Stepanek is first alternate.
Uhh...He was just over 50% first serve. That's terrible. Not the serve was the problem,, his forehand was the problem..

Yeah Fed was like I'm going to practice my serve and some fh drills. lol The umpire was like: 'do u wanna challenge?'
Fed: 'Nah, i'm out of here?'
I'm the last person in the world to take away any credit from Simon (He is my favorite after Federer). He played amazing and proved yet again that he's not afraid of the big guys. That said, I felt like I've watched the Madrid semi-final all over again: Federer wins the 1st set comfortably, plays OK in the 2nd set, but then the unforced errors begin to shine, and in the 3rd set he's just handing over break points with all those errors. He's doing a good job defending 3, only to gain 3 BPs in the very next game and lose some of them over very poor UFes. I'm thinking more and more everyday that Federer is turnning up to be quite the choker. And it didn't help that he served like crap today.
