There has actually been some tennis of excellent quality during this competition. I haven't watched all of the matches, but the ones I did see were quite entertaining. I think the fast format keeps it moving along quite nicely which is perfect for this kind of event.

Sinner is the real rookie so DM should beat him, but something tells me this is a 50/50 match. I rate Sinner very highly from what I've seen so far, and he may be the next superstar of tennis with 5+ slams. Berrettini will be like a prelude to him.

Forza Azzurri! Watch out for at least one, possibly two younger Italian teens behind their northern fratello. Good friends Giulio Zeppieri and Lorenzo Musetti will turn 18 early next year and are rounding into form at Futures level (3 titles between them in October).

I think (from memory) this is the fastest paced, highest level of the 3 next gen finals I've watched.
I really enjoy this format.

De Minaur is about 8th on hard courts as far as level right now and that was built on fast courts like these. Sinner is amazing.
