Nike looking sticks but they're going to create some really weird grommet/frame color combos down the road unless Head produces matching special edition ones this time.

I was hoping for a radical MP with a not so "bright orange" PJ, or at least one with a black grommet so i could give it a black out PJ. But damn, red-ish grommets, and terrible, in my opnion, PJ.

I switched to the extreme, now I’m getting angsty trying to decide whether to get the nite extreme paintjob or this one. Do you know how much longer the nite paintjob will be around?

Hmm I prefer the standard paints too, not a fan of this look. Hopefully there are variations.

The Pj looks terrific live. Probably pictures not doing it justice. I absolutely loved them in hand - navy blue and deep red

I feel they could have done a better job with the paint, nothing special at all. Maybe all navy blue, or all red, smaller LAVER CUP writing as mentioned ^
They are gonna have less sales compared to their current line up like the nite versions, radical paint, or black speeds

IMPO - not feeling it. I prefer the original retail release PJ, and the Laver Cup letterings are too big. I think it’d look classier if it was smaller.

Yeah i'm sure it's slightly better in person, but the retail is better, or like previous versions a solid color, the navy would have been great as one solid with minor splashes of other colors and small writing

In real life it is nice deep red and contrast Navy blue. I did hold the glossy frames though.

Why can't we get retail racquets with glossy pro stock paint jobs, or at least offer the glossy paint job as an option? If nothing else, wouldn't it be a good way to obfuscate what is a retail model and what is a paint job? The glossy paint looks so much better.

I think the issue I have with this PJ is that to me it just looks like one of those budget non-silo'd Head Rackets that you can pick up for beginners:

Just noticed that the new Prestige also has the colour split in this exact fashion across the throat and bridge.

Thankfully the colours aren't quite as clashy, but I really preferred the previous design where it was just in the throat which would basically just look like a reverse 360 PJ, rather than this weird half cut.

Very subjective just like the BMW interior vs Merc.
I love the simple and distinguished Head PJs but more importantly the paint quality is best in industry.
Next Gen PJ add some cool details
