Lowest tension for a hybrid?

Hi everyone, I use a clash 100 tour. I enjoy using topspin cyber flash due to it’s softness, and I also enjoy head velocity mlt for it’s spin capabilities. I enjoy low tension poly, and I was wondering how I should tension out the racquet. I like multifilament mains however I can settle for multi crosses, but going below 55 for a multi makes me worry about control. Would 52/50 or 52/48 work with multi in the main? What’s the farthest tension difference be from main to cross as to prevent warping/problems of the sort?

You are not going to divorce the string if the Velocity is strung too low or too high. It's a trial. Most posters use the string between 48-52#, so using it for mains at that tension is a "no brainer." I found V to be a very muted low power multi, so your 48-50 poly cross tension should also be OK.

You should string Velocity mains at the tension you think you’d like it at and then string the poly cross at the tension you think would be best for that. Usually poly needs to go 10-12% lower than non poly for similar reference tension and then maybe subtract a few lbs because lower tension crosses tend to work better since it helps to promote snapback in mains. So in short, if you like Velocity at 52 lbs then string Cyberflash at 10-12% lower (~47) if you like full bed equal tension or go 45 lbs if you like 2 lbs differential in full poly hybrid normally

When I am trying out a new string I prefer to start low and work my way up in tension if I don't like the control/performance vs. the other way around. I think it is safer.
