I have noticed that Nadal and Fognini seem to get along throughout the Laver Cup, but in the past they have gotten into some heated arguments... I'll post "proof" later

Heard they made out recently and it was pretty intense. Can someone close to either of them confirm this?

I only remember Rafa getting cross with Fognini once, in Rio 2015, when Rafa had easily taken the 1st set 61 but was obviously suffering from the humidity and Fog started winding him up and the umpire giving Rafa TV warnings and Fog ended up winning in 3 sets.

They do get on. Flavia was a good friend of Rafa's long before she started dating Fabio. Recently when they played in MC, Flavia was a bit non-committal even though her husband was winning. I remember saying to my husband, that's Fognini's wife and she doesn't look too pleased even though he won.

Also had a moment in Hamburg 2015:

Then again, Rafa has always been Moya's minion, and we all know how Moya and Flavia ended up, dunno if that could have affected them.

Rafa gets on with everyone as do most players with each other. Cant think of any enmities really. The ones that people think seem bad seem a bit fake.

If anyone has genuine proof of bad blood be interesting to read who the players are

Hmm well, only ones I can think of are Soderling (for a while) and Rosol. I don't think he thought much of Novak early on... does Kyrgios count? lol

I think Nick is jealous of the Big 3 but he says he respects Fedr because Fedr says he's good for the sport.

I think Rafa and Novak are much closer than Rafa and Federer?

As for Kyrgios its hard to know whats for show etc.
I don't think so tbh. I do think they get along just fine now. But it does seem Rafa didn't think much of him early on, I'm thinking, 2006 until who knows when. There were the comments Novak made of having been "in control" of the match he lost against Rafa in RG in 2006, and it didn't seem like Rafa appreciated Novak's imitations either? I remember reading an interview with Rafa from 2007 where he was asked about his relationship with Novak, and he was like "eh, I hang out more with Spanish players", which is true of course, but it seemed like a cop-out.

Interesting. Becker once said Nadal and Federer didnt get on as well as it was portrayed.

Guess we will never really know. Shame as it adds spice to meetings if there is a backstory.
