Laughable. Mediocre and tired? It's amazing how Nadal won the third set of that final when Djokovic was a break up and when Nadal was later at 4-4 and 0-40 down on serve. Yet you make it sound like Nadal's victory from there was no big deal.

Most of the Nadal-Djokovic finals hinge on their return games, not service games. So I don't know what you're on about.

The mirage of a fit Nadal is all that some can see when a Djokovic slam stares them in the face.

No, tennis needs a retired "Rafa." He can take the rest of the defenders with him too. I'd rather watch Sampras come out of retirement and play than the crapfest that tennis has become nowadays.

I am wondering who forces you to watch Rafa.

By the way, Sampras played somewhere a couple of months ago... You can stick with him, don't whine.

Before anyone talks about a Grand Slam, you'd think they'd at least wait until somebody wins both the Australian Open and the French Open in the same calendar year first. That hasn't been done on the men's side since Jim Courier in 1992.

Here's hoping it happens this year!

Article seems a little delusional when you look at last 12 months for Nadal.

Exhibit 1: Nadal was not dominate in 2014 clay season compared to previous years. Djoko was ill in RG final and that may have saved the victory for Nadal. Nadal lost or struggled to Neishikori, Almagro, Djoko, Murray, and Ferrer on clay and that has not happened before.

Exhibit 2: he played very poorly at Wimbledon and this is becoming a habit as he has not done well there in a few years.

Exhibit 3: Since coming back in 2015 he got thumped by Murray, almost lost to Smeicheck? (an American journey man), and lost to Berdych. He also has not looked good even when winning.

Nadal is past peak as 2008 was probably his peak year. He may be able to win another major or 2 but I think 2015 is his best shot and there are only 3 more chances this year.

We'll know more after 2015 clay season.

Bullz1illa aka Tennis Commentator??? :confused::confused::confused:

I just came to that conclusion too before reading your post.

Omg, does it ever all fit: the same subject matter, the same delusional obsession, similar invocations of h2hs and stats, the unmistakeable intelligence behind the trolling, the time zone, his approximate age, and the day job that allows him to be at a computer and typing about tennis around the clock.

For quite a while now I'd thought Multiple Accounts King was based in Australia because of the hours he keeps and since English was obviously his first language, but the time zone was a little off since he usually starts posting around 5 or 6 pm EST and finishes around 8 or 9am EST. That doesn't quite fit with Melbourne time -- however Hong Kong does. And an expat based there absolutely does even more so.

He probably looks upon himself as a professional writer and polemicist, hence the use of ISP masking and the predilection for trolling, and he likely relishes the intellectual challenge of beating the banning system and wreaking a little havoc.

Seriously, I truly believe we've found Multiple Accounts King.

What's interesting is that we have yet to see a new account posting about the subject-matter in the same fashion as those other ones.

Once the SA clay swing starts, methinks someone's compulsion will be irresistable ;)

I haven't seen him around since he said he bet his life savings on Nadal winning the AO, and Nadal losing to Berdych.

No one is suggesting that Nadal's best of his career is yet to come, not even Nadal. He has even said he is 2 years older than his last comeback in 2013. The writer was referring to his recovery and comeback after his latest setback with injury and illness.
Hilarious attempt at recovery.

OP probably kicking himself in shin for posting silly article.
