Including his losses..
11. Marin Cilic 2017. Weeping Marin provided no opposition. OnIy a walkover could have handed Fedr an easier win.
10. Mark Phillopousis 2003. The Aussie was a big talent but against Fedr looked like a one dimensional servebot, could barely win a return point.
9. Roddick 2005. By this point it was clear Roddick was Fedrs bunny. He tried but not good enough.
8. Nadl 2006. Seeing Nadl in his first Wimbledon final was a curious thing. He did ok, won a set against the best version of Fed he faced in a Wimby final.
7. Nadl 2007. Stronger than the previous year, Fedrs performance was unconvincing by his standards, his squabble with hawkeye showing he was rattled.
6. Mury 2012. Mury looked to be in control after the first set but after Fedr played two superb points to break at the end of the second set the match changed. Mury played well but Fedr produced his best performance since the 2011 French Open.
5. Roddick 2004. Roddick started off on fire, playing an amazing first set with huge hitting. Despite his high level Federer was just a bit better, one of his tougher finals.
4. Djokovic 2014. A good, though not GOAT performance. A younger Fedr probably would have won this match.
3. Roddick 2009. No longer possessing the huge forehand from 2004, instead Roddick in this match displayed a more complete all round game. Threw away the second set and got broken only in the very last game, he at least provided Fedr with his toughest Wimbledon win.
2. Djokovic 2015. Excellent performance that was slightly too much for an old Fed. After an even first two sets Fedr faded away.
1. Nadl 2008. Nadls golden year on grass, has never played so well on the surface before or since. Fedr did well to push it to five and make it a classic.
Bring on the grass court season!
