"Physical Conditioning for Tennis" by Roger Federer.
For all his technical brilliance, what makes him so special is the fact that week in and week out he goes deep into tournaments, yet rarely seems tired and has yet to suffer any kind or long rehab injury. So many athletes over train and set themselves up for injury, tennis players in particular. Now even Nadal has broken down as many of suspected he would. Yet Fed just keeps on playing at an insane level and doesn't seem to be close to slowing down.
While I'm sure Fed is a genetic freak in more ways that just hand/eye coordination, I can't wait to get an in-depth look at how he trains. He must have found a way to maximize his conditioning without overusing his body. I'm sure there will be lots of good info in there for us aging players.
