Dembele hasn't made it yet, but Messi has recovered from a knock in the last game and is in the squad list for tomorrow's El Clasico. Hopefully Real Madrid will have a tough time against him and the rest of the squad.

Two contrasting halves and the 1st leg at Camp Nou finished 1-1.

Really poor first half from Barcelona, who rarely threatened while Real Madrid caused all sorts of problems on the counter attack, even after they took an early lead. However the roles switched in the second half. Much better pressure, while I thought our rivals also became more passive.

Congratulations on becoming part of El Clasico history books, Malcom. Lenglet played a great long pass to Alba, who was tackled by Navas. The ball fell to Suarez who hit the post but Malcom got to it on the other side, scoring into the near corner.

Messi came on a few minutes after the equalizer, but surprisingly nothing worked for him tonight. He was in a lot of positions where he is very dangerous most of the time but didn't do it this time. Hopefully it was just one of those days and that he has no fitness problems.

Just like in our last game, I felt our opponents got away with some questionable decisions. Was a bit disappointed in Lahoz. But again I will give these guys a little benefit of the doubt since there were no replays, while it was a fair result if you ask me. Evenly matched rivals tonight. Slight advantage for Real Madrid as they have the away goal, but it's still all to play for at Santiago Bernabeu in three weeks. Hopefully the guys will demonstrate their finest football like it's often been the case at that venue in recent years...

What a quick turnaround. City don't let blips move into their next game. Still the best, was reading an article about their depth. I bet I would have said Liverpool not long ago. Not so Pete Fleming style cocksure now. lol

But still am about United and PSG. (y):love:

Early start on Saturday against Fulham.

What if United came back to win the league

In the second semifinal, Valencia have come back from two goals down to draw 2-2 against Real Betis in Andalusia.

Both semifinals perfectly set for dramatic 2nd legs. Real Madrid and Valencia have the away goal advantage going to the Bernabeu and Mestalla respectively but anything can happen.

Didn't even know City played yesterday. Top of the table now. Now even bigger tests start for Liverpool, it's been nearly two months since they were the ones chasing.

After the plane wreckage was found, the body was recovered and identified. Emiliano Sala confirmed dead.

Props to the search team and the international football community for not allowing this tragic case to be simply ignored after just a few days. The footballer's family can at least have some closure. I hope same goes for the pilot's closest ones, though sadly that likely won't be the case.

Rest in peace, Emiliano...

I'm not on that bandwagon or anything. But that was a quite sickening bit of punditry from Gary Neville. jk

He wants to give Ole a big hug. Behave like a pundit. Say Ole has the most perfect start in history or something.

Lukaku might be that, indeed. But Tuesday night, gentlemen... Tuesday night is the priority. Victor will be good to go, as will the Nazario of Manchester. Maestro Marcus Rashford.

But seriously, today is a priority. When you consider United can move into a champions league position. I like the changes. Want to see more of Dalot. Pogba and DDG are still in. Fulham fighting for their life.

Real have won the city derby. 3-1 victory over Atletico at Wanda Metropolitano. Five La Liga wins in a row, clear improvement in form and in a vital moment as well with the Champions League knockout stages approaching.

From our perspective it's actually not a bad result, as Atletico were our nearest chasers until today, but we have to win tomorrow. A tough trip to resurgent Athletic Bilbao awaits. Messi was doubtful but he will be available for selection, while Dembele has made it as well after recovering from his recent injury three weeks ago. Umtiti has finally started training, however Arthur is set to miss up to four weeks due to a hamstring injury, which is a tough blow since he really settled well in our midfield.

Would be really valuable three points as Real Madrid could easily become a threat, especially with our next trips being to Sanchez Pizjuan against Sevilla and to Santiago Bernabeu.

Real are looking better now that's for sure. The Vinicius kid is going to be great, and this team should be a real force in no time if Hazard comes and settles in well. By the way, Bale scored his 100th goal for the club in the derby win. Some absolutely huge goals among those, he's undoubtedly made his mark in Madrid despite all the injury struggles.

What can I say, those guys look reborn since the great Norwegian Assassin took over. Come on and let's give PSG a tough game if nothing else.

I have a terrible feeling we’ll be in a position to win the entire tie but something like the Nani red vs Real Madrid will happen.
Just one of many despicable Madrid episodes. That one still p1sses me off as I thought we could have played an even match against anyone except Bayern that season. God I miss Fergie, no matter which players we had I never worried if he was going to make them click.

Expecting a good tie from us but I am not so concerned about it going badly. The team has a legit shot at playing Champions League next season by doing well in the league now. Who would have ever thought that would happen back in December, when we were 11 points behind 4th? I'd still prefer a different manager for 2019-20 but this has been great progress.

I loved that united team to death. That loss was brutal.

I want to beat PSG. GGMU. Ole in for life. Alex Ferguson style. The dream is alive.

Defense is not that bad. 8-B
Defense better and better.

Whats maybe most fun about Solskjær is the way Pogba is playing. In a short time he has become a giant in European football. How happy he is, taking responsibility. Players are young.

We even had Phil Jones contribute to a goal. First time ever. :p Nah, first time in years.

Yeah, they have all improved but Pogba is the best of the lot. Been involved in most of the goals. The hat trick is coming. haha So hyped for the game now.

Gary Neville believes Liverpool can only win if they have a lead going into the run in.

When Liverpool have dropped points recently it is due to them not being quite as good as they were
