After Eriksen announced he was leaving, it was said he would be going to Madrid or Man Utd.
I'm guessing United will probably get him then. Eriksen is essentially a poor mans Hazard, so it feels like overkill to get them both. Even by Madrid's standards

Navas and Donnarumma are the keeper United are looking at supposedly. This isn't real and thoughts like this don't exist in the real world. but part of me is thinking go on and have some trophy and medal winning success somewhere else. His mind was not on the ball at the end of the season, felt like the same with the rest of the players but more notcieable with Big Dave because he is usually better than the average the rest of the team shows.

Everything points to Neymar being innocent from his rape charges. But things are going pretty awful for him now , Injured against Qatar and is set to miss the next 6 weeks , Much more if he takes the surgery , He’s also banned for our first 3 games in Champions league. I’m just heartbroken , Another big Brazilian talent being ruined thanks to injuries. That makes it a bad situation for us , He’s our biggest investment ever , 222m transfer fee , 36m per year salary without counting bonus , Agent fees , Taxes etc... If he keeps being injury prone during the rest of his PSG career , We would’ve had a big loss in money , Honestly we’re not far from a crisis , The only thing the Neymar transfer positive sides is the clubs brand who has improved with new big commercial deals and Ligue 1 new TV rights increase. On the pitch , It’s been a complete failure so far , Not because he isn’t good enough , It’s just that he can’t even play. I just wish he gets better and stop having these problems.

I’m guessing that’s based on incentives like winning league titles, Champions League etc.. even so, for a player with less than a year on his contract and Madrid refusing to pay more than £90 Million, that’s a pretty good result for Chelsea.

Not too bad, long term anyway. The transfer ban doesn't mean much, Chelsea haven't been able to attract top players for years. It's not like we'd of signed Jovic, Dybala, De Jong, Felix, De Ligt etc.. my guess is they would probably end up with Wilson and Zaha, players around that level.
If the rumours are true regarding Lampard coming back and he'll stick with the kids, that's probably the only way Chelsea can improve on being in the battle for top 4 for the foreseeable future. It's a lot of hard work, growing pains and no guarantee of success at the end of the project, but that's the only option imo. Regardless of any transfer ban. Just a shame Loftus-Cheek and Hudson-Odoi won't be available next season, they could of been the two cornerstones of a rebuild but those achilles ruptures are a nightmare to recover from.
