As the author said, Rafa could always withdraw after the entry deadline anyways, this just means he hasn’t withdrawn yet.

Which is great news! It means he’s at least seriously considering going, I’d think.

They're following my advice, a month ago I contacted Moya on twitter and told them to make every scheduling decision as late as possible.
Its the smart thing to do, given how much things change during virus, and also because Rafa has had a long break and cannot predict his physical condition.

If Rafa announces too early that he won’t be there commercial interest will wane, so it will be announced closer to the time. Maybe just before the draw takes place.
