Wimbledon is Novak’s safest bet

He’s getting pushed on hard courts and definitely behind Rafa and Thiem on clay. A 40 year old roger and some servebots are his only competition on grass from next year.

Yes
He was pushed harder by Federer at wimbledon than by anyone on hardcourt
yes but he’s the only one able to push him, unlike hardcourt where there’s scope for more players. Federer isn’t getting any younger! All current top players fall early in Wimbledon. ‍

Have you been watching RG at all? Aside from the first set of the Busta match his level has been WAY higher than Thiem and Rafa’s so far

Nadal 4 USO Djokovic 3. Nadal won it more recently. And h2h there is 2-1. How is Djokovic favourite there exactly?

Blame the bookies. They always make Djokovic the favorite over Nadal; and not just one or two betting houses, but all of them. Of course, they can't account for Nadal's superior luck!

The way Federer played at 2019 Wimbledon, I won't be surprised if Federer wins the next couple of Wimbledons....

What luck? Never had a weak opponent in a USO final has he? Always a player in top 5 form at that time.

Actually Djoker's level the last three sets against PSB was higher than Rafa's level against Sinner. Neither are playing their best, but we have to get used to it, they're 33/34.
Yeah true. Nothing lasts forever. They are still very good but are slowing down. They aren’t 24/25 anymore.

You kidding ?

Rafa against Sinner wasn't exactly in his prime. His was pushed in the first set, and second set. I was so surprised how Sinner was pushing him. In the end, it wasn't Rafa who won.....but Sinner who couldn;t hold on.
