I think the name Sentinel is best. Because Sentinel means a guard or watchman (which Sentinel does really well on these forums), has funny jokes, is an indicator of disease (he points out the cancer in these forums) and he doesn't afraid of anything.

Go Sentinel!

Edit: It's also Sentinel, not Sentimental, hence 200x better than normal.

Once upon a time, in another forum far, far away, there was a member with the username Halibut. Halibut was very opinionated and would often argue with other forum members, but his opinions were generally well thought out. Everybody knew Halibut - but not everybody liked Halibut and one day Halibut was permanently banned. A short time later a new member appeared on the forum who shared very similar opinions with Halibut but attempted to be more subtle in the expression of those opinions. His username was Enlightened Coelacanth.

"What is an Enlightened Coelacanth?" wondered the other forum members when one clever Clyde came forth and declared, "Enlightened Coelacanth and Halibut are one in the same! The coelacanth is a fish, once thought extinct for millions of years only to be discovered alive and well in the 20th century". Indeed, the Halibut, once thought "extinct" was rediscovered as the Enlightened Coelacanth. His enemies did not take well to the reincarnated EC and would harass him at every opportunity. Whether banned once again or leaving under his own will, the Enlightened Coelacanth was never seen again... Until I bumped into him here at Talk Tennis! It was like seeing an old...an old...well...it was like seeing some guy from another forum totally unrelated to tennis. Knowing the backstory makes his username one of my favorites.

Another favorite is Dedans Penthouse. I remember the username from when I first visited the forum in 2004 and had no idea what a "Dedans Penthouse" was. When I returned to the forum from an extended hiatus, I noticed Dedans was still posting strong. The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been Dedans Penthouse. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But Dedans Penthouse has marked the time... What? Anyhow, when I get banned, I'm coming back as Dedans Basement. Inspired by the fictional site where curmudgeons, conspiracy nuts, know-it-alls and assorted d-bags from the defunct Rants & Raves sub-forum gather to smoke, drink, argue and play poker while the rock & roll perpetually plays and DPenthouse tries, in vain, to teach us simple chord progressions.
"Djokolate" is a really nice username. I like it. Another nice one is "slice bh compliment".
+1 for slice bh compliment. Throw in SystemicAnomaly while we're at it.

-1 for Djokolate. Come here with your hand out, begging for compliments - not once, but twice - you're DQ'd.

Before EC became EC, he was also here as alwaysatnet. To his credit, he admitted this freely, and never used two usernames at the same time.

+1 for SystemicAnomaly from me too. The Star Trek is strong in that one!

Certainly not Andres. My username had a little more 'ring' to it when it had my lastname too. Oh well

Of all time I'd say Nadal_Holy_Spirit.

No beating about the bush with those.

My recollection is that EC just moved on, like so many others, with the disappearance of R&R.

You should have called yourself 'Lean Meat' or 'Short Cut' or 'PorkonyourFork', but they're Australian pork references.
