Well, my current bag (good for K*) is just about all red too. At least I don't have to worry about losing it. Dark black KPS accents would be nice.

BTW, I'm only interested in the BLX 6.1 Tour 90, so I'm not interested in the 6.1 95 18x20.

If it's H1N1, it could be a while. I didn't feel like playing tennis for several weeks after getting it.

Nah he's fine..he's been busy as well since he's teaching and stuff. I'll see if I can give it to him tonight.

NEWSFLASH: Nobody outside of the U.K. knows nor cares what BLX means, and Wilson obviously doesn't give a d*mn what people in the U.K. think of the name.
 
I, for one, think it's hilarious.....and I'm from Ohio.

Since several major tennis events take place in the UK, I think Wilson, being an international company, should have been aware.

If they say released a new racket with "BALL-BUSTER" technology, or an overgrip called "STICKY-PALM" then perhaps that would work, right?

That racket sure sounds powerful......and the overgrip sounds nice and tacky.

you don't hear people talking about the new gt from babolat for example.

Like I said before, it's all Mats Wilander's fault. He accused Federer of not having any balls. So Wilson obliged.

Voila! Now, when he goes out on the court, Federer will have "balls"! :)

Nothing against you dude but atleast he's paying attention, other people are starting new threads with the same content. lol. I've seen 4 different threads pop up and all have the same link back to my blog.


One didn't and someone asked for specs on the racquets which I've provided for each stick i've previewed.

Reading is fundamental!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

But the point is. This thread got old a week ago.. To even be arguing about stuff related to this subject is kinda strange in my opinion.

I thank you for the heads up. But until someone plays with, demo's, and writes a decent report. Then arguing over what "might be" is just silly....

BP is either really lonely. Or wants to make his post count even higher. You decide?

As soon as I'm feeling better I'm hitting with the Pro Tour lol, my friend has the BLX 6.1 tour 90 in his posession as we speak.

I gotta feeling the BLX Tour 95 is gonna be the same as the K Tour.

The more I see it the more I come to realize that the design actually has some good design elements - the problem is that it also has a few that just ruin those successful design elements. The color split in the throat is probably the worst element - it really just cuts into the more smooth, rounded lines of the frame.
Too bad. I think there was some potential for a nice and unique clean design, just some bad execution. It's almost like the designer had a good design and the marketing / sales people came in and gave their input - maybe the colour split in the throat was to signify some marketing / sales goal. Who knows...
