Did Alcaraz beat Nadal in their practice match/set?

At Indian Wells (2022) it seems like they might've played a practice set/match and the final point is won by Alcaraz.
I know it is not that important, but obviously nobody (especially not Nadal) wants to be beat ever, even if it's a practice set/match.

Was anyone there who can say if they did in fact play a set/match or were they just practicing serving and point play and the time just expired?

They are both looking solid... I'm so excited to watch them this week!

The athleticism and raw speed and explosiveness of Alcaraz becomes even more confronting and shocking in court level footage of this type.

I know he always hits bigger in practice but some of those Nadal backhands were looking the goods.
