I see Federer's complaint really =p. These calls are incredibly close--we've seen in the past where HawkEye was incorrect as well as we've seen errors off of HawkEye (Remember when the ball looked out but was called in, and they had to make the adjustment to move the "court" to fit the call).
However, Nadal is playing very well and really in a good comfort zone =o. It's nice that this is going to the fifth set.
After wimbledon was won by Ivanisevic and beginning with hewitt-nalbandian we only see wimbledon from the back. It`s obvious the green is not as fast as the Sampras era
Honestly, in such a big match and on such a big point, anyone would be pissed if Hawkeye called a ball in when it was really likely that it was out. The slow motion frame by frame showed it was very likely out.
After watching the first three sets, I have to openly admit that Nadal is playing better tennis (despite the 2:1 score). Federer seems to be really nervous and Nadal is making simple mistakes on the big points (in the tiebreaks).
Hope Federer wins, but Nadal seems to be on the right track. I won't be too disappointed if Rafa wins though, because I think he does deserve it this time around.
I always root for the underdog and am rooting for Nadal, but poor Roger, he must be stressed out something awful. He sounded like he was really whinning or possibly even crying.
Nadal should quit if it's a serious knee injury. I'd like to see him be able to play down the road; don't risk it now @ so young. A serious injury could keep him out for awhile.
Knee injuries are pretty serious (for those who have had them). You never return the same after one.
