Really? They'd choose 1000 ATP points over 1500 ATP points with more prize money? I could understand if it was Shapovalov choosing Canadian Open or Fognini Italian Open. But for most other players 1500 points would be more tempting.

I think masters totals should be reevaluated. Monte Carlo, Paris and Shanghai should be equal to 1. To lump them all in as big titles is a farce.
