Don't deny you wouldn't mind Fed getting revenge over Thiem at Wimby TA.I have told you time and again even Thiem won't count those two as wins coming against a broken knee Fed who wanted to test the waters, so to speak
Will you stop predicting if Fed does face and beats Thiem?Don't deny you wouldn't mind Fed getting revenge over Thiem at Wimby TA.Excuserer revenge part 2 will be in the QF with Zverev or Raonic.
Dimitrov.Who is Dimitrough?
No.Will you stop predicting if Fed does face and beats Thiem?
More adept baseliners..Thiem loves fast clay and beat Nadal badly in Rome on it so what is going to stop him on Wimbledon dirt?![]()
I wouldn't count Berdych out just yet.Meles said:Berdbrain is 19th in the race to Thiem at 3 (seems a bit unlikely)
And he got smoked by Nadal..Meles said:Nole in the QF is the biggest obstacle, but Thiem just smoke him on the dirt at RG.Djokovic's return and ability to take time away from Thiem will be deciding factors. If Thiem tips one of these (serving well) then this match will be a close one.

Murray would beat Thiem. Cilic would too. Querrey, either way if both are in top form.Meles said:Nadal/Murray/Cilic/Querrey - if it's a big 4 member Thiem is in business once again with recent wins over both of them. Nadal vs Thiem would be something else.![]()
Buzz kill. At least you didn't go hardcore and rule out the SF. When Thiem gets on a roll lookout.More adept baseliners..

Federer isn't losing to Thiem at Wimbledon, especially in a SF. Raonic wouldn't be the hardest, his form isn't that impressive this year. Dimitrov would probably win too, but I doubt he makes it past Fed.

Extremerer Excuserer.I dont count the 2 losses to Thiem and one to Zverev. Really they are the weakest of wins - it is same as retirement without playing a match.
So, there is no revenge as far as Thiem-Fed is concerned.
Meles, let's get real here-- Thiem has about a .02% chance to make it to the semis. And if Federer makes it the semis, he would destroy Dom. You know this!Thiem beat him the last two times he played Roggy and he's greatly improved. We must have this match again at Wimby.![]()
Bring it on.Meles, let's get real here-- Thiem has about a .02% chance to make it to the semis. And if Federer makes it the semis, he would destroy Dom. You know this!
And as a Fed fan, I fervently pray he faces Thiem instead of Djoker in the semis, it would mean 90 minutes less time on court for him heading into the finals.
LOL. Did you think Thiem looked good in that match? Him letting that first set get away was inexcusable. Thiem does look to be grinding opponents out on grass, but that doesn't seem like something that would be a factor on grass. We should never use matches against Simon as an indicator of form. Should be a golden rule.
I thought Simon got under his skin for a while, and Thiem really started to press early in points, shot selection letting him down. Midway through the 2nd is where it all changed. Simon gifting that break of serve, and the momentum drastically changing. Thiem started to serve better, and employ more slice which is effective against Simon's backhand when properly executed. Also changed direction more and employed more dtl, likely to do with confidence. Stepped into the court more, positioning more offensive minded. Simon mentally faltering played a part in the latter sets.LOL. Did you think Thiem looked good in that match? Him letting that first set get away was inexcusable. Bring it on.You Federeristas are a strange bunch. Handwringerering like crazy at Auz when I tell you Fed showing great signs and has a great draw. Now you are drunk with power propping up Federer on grass in the face of a brutal draw while knowing he's likely not fielding a prime return game despite the new backhand.![]()
If Thiem gets by Djoko, he'll be Fed's worst nightmare on dirt.

LOL on 2. I saw that draw and had him in the Auz final. Fed had to play a bunch of top ten players because of his low seeding.1. You Federeristas are a strange bunch.
Agreed.
2. Handwringerering like crazy at Auz when I tell you Fed showing great signs and has a great draw.
But he had he draw from hell and you know it.
3. Now you are drunk with power propping up Federer on grass in the face of a brutal draw
The only people propping up Fed on grass are the teenagers posting here, of which there is a plethora. Most discerning and long-term Fed fans are facing the sober realization that he doesn't defeat Djoker-Nadal back to back. As for the draw, the only people who think it isn't brutal are the delusional Nadal fans (repetitive phrase, I know).
4. If Thiem gets by Djoko, he'll be Fed's worst nightmare on dirt.
if Thiem does Fed and Fed fans a favor and defeats Djoker, Fed will destroy him in 75 minutes. You know this!![]()
so...When Thiem and Dimitrough lose on Monday, will it be the most public yet of your many humiliations?![]()
