Is anyone else here having to put up with a feed that has a smaller main camera and a camera on each player? It's incredibly distracting, and frankly why would anyone be paying attention to the player cameras? They wouldn't be able to see the rallies...

Why does he have to be injured. I'd buy this excuse if Novak was doing this to rafa on clay

Nadal is not injured. He is just scared as a cat. Playing super pathetic tennis and not having the courage to hit DTL or I/O in the open court.
This is an awful performance and deserves a straight set beatdown.
It could very well turn out to be one of those career ending losses. It can destroy a player mentally, and right now it seems Nadal has Djokovic firmly in his head.
I'd be very surprised if Nadal beats Djokovic anywhere after this. Perhaps not even on clay.

At this point anyone who claims these guys are peak know absolutely nothing about tennis. The game was being played at a different speed back then. They were so much more explosive.

Remember the mildly famous point when Berdy was crushing the ball left and right but Nadal defended everything crazily and passed him in the end, think that was at the end of the first set. This Nadal could never.

This feels like Djokovic can just break whenever he feels like it! Almost like "Oh, Nadal came close to breaking me back that game. Let's get another just to be sure."

Well at least it's not a close one so i'm not too disappointed. Good luck for the clay season Rafa.

Im not surprised. Nadal wasn't supposed to reach final in AO.
But he did, and he faces top Novak.
This is like Doha or Beijing matches in 2016 and 2015

Same goes for Djokovic. His ballstriking before the last game wasn't looking good at all. Just no one to really push him.
