I think ability on big points and ROS are the biggest but it depends on the player.

Yeah, not a single next gen player has a noteworthy return. Mentally they're all pretty frail as well.

I really like Thiem but he broke himself several times at crucial moments and his decision making when making some of these returns has been poor too. I think Thiem will improve his serve but I'm not sure he'll be able to add much to his ROS.

Props to Novak. He is by far the second ever player to own a slam after Nadal at RG.

I might still go with fed at Wimbledon just for the extra finals and very tough competition in most of the deep runs that he had where he ended up losing
He should’ve won the 19 final for sure but his level of play overall is still some of the best there is at that event

Yes ROS has hard to improve. You get worse over time often not better.
Thiem can defo nab a few slams though. He will be a threat at 3/4 majors i think.
