Well that was awful for Djokovic.
2020 started off so well.

Well, I'm sure he'd rather have played Nadal than Thiem so not a very strategic tank. This has to be a strategic tank from Novak, setting up a preferred opponent for the semi.
This was so lethargic and bad it suggests something is going on off court in his personal life. It was outrageously bad from him. Clearly he didn't give one damn.Nah. Just bad and melancholic.
Wouldn’t he have to play Novak in the SF unless Zed beats Novak?Yes, ideal scenario now for Rafa IMO. If he locks in from here on out, he can go all the way. No Novak in his path to the final.
Did you watch the first 7 games? This was so lethargic and bad it suggests something is going on off court in his personal life. It was outrageously bad from him. Clearly he didn't give one damn.
It's mostly just the forehand.
It's in Djokovic's hands.
So, Djokovic didn't play well? I didn't watch the match, but my theory of people on this forum underrating Djokovic and overrating Nadal looks correct again based on comments. Djokovic is still winning the title.I had a feeling this match was going to be a disappointment.
I was just wrong about why.
Well that ****ing sucked
I keep reading your posts in a sarcastic Swanson voice.I had a feeling this match was going to be a disappointment.

He'll play Med..considering he has finished 1st in the other group and Rafa will finish 2nd if he wins tomorrowWouldn’t he have to play Novak in the SF unless Zed beats Novak?

Yeah, Zverev is clearly superior.Nah, not here
Med tops the group. So straight shoot between Zverev and Djokovic to play Thiem.
Perhaps another bishop died? This was so lethargic and bad it suggests something is going on off court in his personal life. It was outrageously bad from him. Clearly he didn't give one damn.
Now, it looks like if Nadal wants to make the final, he will have to beat Tsitsipas and Medvedev back to back....
He didn't play well, no.So, Djokovic didn't play well? I didn't watch the match, but my theory of people on this forum underrating Djokovic and overrating Nadal looks correct again based on comments. Djokovic is still winning the title.
My favorite is the rarely seen heavy topspin forehand, it has so many moving parts!I just realized why Med's strokes come across as particularly funky - other than the aesthetics. It's that there's often discord between the swing and the result. Like sometimes with that long back swing it looks like he's going to absolutely crush the ball, then he won't extend all the way out, collapse at the last second and it's a mid-speed spiny ball, but other times it will be crushed. Still other times, it's a shorter stroke that ends up being a rocket (or relative rocket in terms of Med's particular game).
Serb shocked, faints, Russian rocks! So what’d I miss?
Can't say I'm surprised. Nadal is the one who always plays well, Djokovic is always trash. I really bring balance to this forum. He didn't play well, no.
That's his best possible scenario
He is 6-0 against them on Hard Courts (2-0 indoors).
Djokovic actually copped a virtual bagel LOL, from 3-3 to 3-6 0-3. What a mental mug once again.
