Is it true that only the top pros (top 100 - 200) will get the pro sticks?Currently Roger uses what is very similar in layup with retail RF97. Sofia may have a retail PD but that is not verified. Otherwise the tour is flooded with pro only sticks like h22 p25 pt57 and so on.
What tension you going with? I'm not discounting it yet, there is clearly mixed feedback already
Will never get why so many of you insist on communicating in a manner where your subjective opinion on a subjective matter should be taken as objective
No disrespect honestly, but it comes across as a bit arrogant, alot of elitist mentality in this forum, and yours is only on the very small side, so not pointing you out that hard - like if you just come in and say "this is my experience...i don't like it" , that's more than fair
But the particular pattern happening in this thread, is that those doing this are the ones who have something bad to say, whether they tried it...or not (which is even more baffling)
Especially when one fella here, refuses to try it, but compares his feedback to a former Pro, yet plays casually himself, wtf?? lmao
All credit to you for giving it a real shot though and your feedback, that part is appreciated
It's pretty simple really, the exact same thing can be done without being a tart about it, again not pointing at you. There are also people who come to these threads because they want info and reference for a newly released frame, TW reviews aren't completed yet, so this is what they have to go by, and when people are trashing racquets without testing, that causes confusion and possibly misinformation. My final thoughts are still reserved, I've just posted my initial impressions. Am I coming here and saying, this is the best racquet ever, you're stupid if you don't buy it? no, I have posted initial impressions and leave the rest up to the other person - that's the difference. The rest of the questioning is for my own curiosity
Lol no sir, I'm not talking about being offended, when I'm saying "being a tart", it's to do with a) going off topic, b) spreading negative feedback without personally testing. I have basically repeated that numerous occasions. I've already mentioned I got no problems with people play testing and having unfavourable feedback
Of course many of them do.Thanks for the sort of reply but my question about pros using the commercially available frames (albeit probably customised) was a serious one. Would anyone else have an answer?
No.Is it true that only the top pros (top 100 - 200) will get the pro sticks?
Are we really trying to call someone out because they pointed out that people are being negative and bashing a racket because others have played with it?

Wasn't Muster's frame quite a lot stiffer than normal? I think I read that somewhere - he used the mould but had a much stiffer layup.Muster was using PT57A in YouTek paint
PT57E is the stiffer version, which for instance Cuevas is using. But Muster was using PT57A.Wasn't Muster's frame quite a lot stiffer than normal? I think I read that somewhere - he used the mould but had a much stiffer layup.
Here's the thread on Stringforum I was referring toPT57E is the stiffer version, which for instance Cuevas is using. But Muster was using PT57A.
Quite contrary. It's not because someone pointed something out but because argued for idea "don't write it cause I don't like it" (whatever the it is). It's free speach community and if somebody would like to write something I don't like or think it's stupid I can just not read it. It's especially not polite to being new member with nothing more than few lol's and bro's and telling others what they can or can't.

There's a strict difference between:
"I'm not going to try this racket because my views are usually aligned with XYZ poster, and since they don't like it, i'm not likely to either."
and
"You must be such an amazing player because XYZ posters didn't like it, and since they're likely to be better than you, you must be wrong."
...
So what you're saying is that if new poster chimes in... with an lol in direct response to your posts, that new member is considered not polite, because he's not a 'Legendary' poster? What if that new member is say Federer or Joker with an LOL.. would you still think he's not polite? It's especially not polite to being new member with nothing more than few lol's and bro's and telling others what they can or can't.
Yes Rookie, but it is still tough thenBy the way I'm trying to get off this 'New User' label.. what's the next level of acceptance? Rookie?

If you want a head racket that feels like the soft players stick then use the gravity. It’s not that hard. Zverev literally switched to a gravity. To be honest... I blame it on Babolat with their elbow killing, power, and light racquets. It made the game of 'MODERN' tennis matches boring to watch. I don't know about everyone else... I only watch the finals of the major tournaments because all the matches in between sucks. All these baseline 'PRO' players hitting, 25-30 hit rally mashing topspin doesn't appeal to me. Really no technique involved it's athletes running back and forth on the baseline and ball mashing.
It's not that Head is not listening.. they actually are if you think about it, they're chasing the Babolats stiff power arm killing racquet 'trend'. It's only a trend until it goes the back the other direction. You're starting to see that happen now even with Babalot releasing softer molds like the VS line, Wilson with their Clash. What makes everyone think Head just somehow forgot how to reproduce another more modern feeling PT57 or PT67 in the future. Head is just following I'm hoping a dying trend of powerful racquet and if the modern tennis game doesn't follow suit it's going to be very boring watching 30-40 ball rallies every game that last over 4 hours.
I also love bouncing a ball as the initial feel test After years of doing it I can have some good idea of what can happen on court.the very accurate testing which involves bouncing a ball on the racket
Tried the new PMP, and I’ve gotta say, it feels very good on initial impressions. It swings fast through the air and doesn’t have the negative Graphene feel that I can tell. It’s certainly different from the 95” heads (I haven’t decided if I prefer the new shape or not). I think I like the thinner beam though. Nice hitting frame. I’ll try some more in match play.
The only problem is that I tried the new Prince 93p 14x18 as well and it was head and shoulders better.
To the 93p?Could you compare the two in more detail?
Thanks!
To the 93p?
I don't have a very good comparison at this time because once I picked up the 93p, I never put it down. I hit with the Prestige briefly and there's nothing wrong with it, it felt plush crisp and flexy, with some plow through and was pretty solid all the way around, but I just liked the 93p a lot better.Yes. Thank you.

Being a single hander the length of the grip isn't an issue for me. I've been using this racquet for several weeks and am loving it. A real gem that isn't getting the notice it deserves.I tested other day Head Mp and Yonex Hd and I liked more Head Mp,nice feel nice sweet spot, sweet sweet racquet only I don’t like that Short handle Not enough space for second hand. And I don’t understand people who’s writing about low power Racquet's
I have a 2 handed backhand and the handle is the same as it was when I was playing with my very first head elite pro 600 in 1988. It shares the same rectangular grip shape. The speed pro I was playing prior to the prestige mp360+ has a longer handle but I think because of the squarish shape most fitting for that shape handle. The traditional head shape grip is best left alone as it plays perfect with the weight and balance of the prestige .
TWSSthe length isn't an issue for me
It does. The poster above did not even realize the Prestige and Speed have the same grip shape nowdaysFairly sure the new 360+ Prestiges come with the Speed TK82S pallets installed by default.
My Pro did at least, swapped them back to traditional TK82 pallets myself though.

I also have the tk82s on my prestige pro. Maybe it does have the tk82 on the mp but that would seem strange to me.They are not the tk82s speed grips by default . I own the speed pro and my son owns the speed lite while I did a grip size change down to 4 1/8 . I demo the new speed 360+ and gravity pro at the time of demo prestige mp 360. They all share the more square like grip except for the prestige mp 360 which have the more flat rectangle grip . I ordered 2 new prestige mp 360, strung to my own string and tension from the demo and master stringer at shop. I love the traditional more flat and rectangular grip shape . It’s ideal for my 2 hander and semi western forehand which I used on my 1st head elite pro 600 from 1988 .
The other head racket using the speed grips are the radical 360, coming from a flat rectangle shape before .
