I hope Djokovic gets the opportunity to meet Federer in RG.
Beating Fedal to win the title would be sweet.
Long as Nadal gets Ferrer in his semi..

Hmmm, Murray won USO 2012 so no one including Cilic beat him there.
Let's hope that finally, Nadal will have a very difficult draw while Djokovic will have a really easy draw. It is time to happen after all those cakewalks Nadal had on GSs in recent years.
Who is that girl in your avatar Chico ?
Me too. Just for the lulz since neither can win the whole thing, anyway.
Ryan Sweetings wife?
Does anyone else feel like Ferrer is the third best clay court player at Roland Garros? The last two years he has lost to Nadal. In 2011 he lost 8-6 in the Fifth to Monfils. I think none of the top four want to see his name for a quarterfinal match. Even Fed. Reason being, to beat Ferrer they know it is going to take a very physical toll with very little easy points. It's hard to picture anyone not named Nadal and Novak making the final, but I think Ferrer is the third best in this format.
Ferrer slipping to no.5 before RG tilted the balance a lot. Now one of the top 2 can have both Ferrer and Stan in his half. And if past luck is any indication, it will be Djoko who will have this double whammy while Nadal may get Berdych and Federer
Pathetic professional jinxers at it again. How sad!
My predictions:
Wawrinka will lose within the first three rounds.
Federer will not make the semifinals.
One of the rising stars (Nishikori, Dimitrov, Raonic) will make the semis.
Nadal and Djokovic will contest the final (bold prediction, I know).
Wow ! Nadal's draw is unreal compared to what he has been getting over the years....I don't remember him getting a draw half as difficult at any slam , ever.
Let me see :
Djokovic
Stan
Ferrer
Dimitrov/Anderson
Almagro/Haas
Pospisil
Thiem
Ginepri
If this draw plays according to the seedings (and that is a big IF) and Nadal actually meets and beats all these guys , his 9th RG will be the most memorable and most deserved one.
Again, a lame & pathetic attempt by this poster of discrediting Nadal.
Fed fanboy handbook Rule no. 56- When Nadal is in worst possible form, name every draw he gets as "the toughest draw he's ever had" and that "it would be most deserved title if he wins".
Strike the man, when he's down & out!
Perhaps you should check LordRoger's slam draws in his "prime", no?

I haven't seen his draw, but no way Pospisil is making the third round. Why did you pick him over his opponents?
Something I though about:
W 2006: Nadal lost in 4 to Fed
W 2007: Nadal lost in 5 to Fed
W 2008: Nadal won it
RG 2012: Djokovic lost in 4 to Nadal
RG 2013: Djokovic lost in 5 to Nadal
RG 2014: Djokovic to win it?
Well, the right comparison is between the scores of W 2007 and RG 2013. Nadal lost the 5th 6-2, Djoker lost it 9-7.I hope so. But the score of last year's semi already was reminiscent of the W 2008 final. I thought Nadal succeeded where Fed had failed. But there is still hope for this year !

Ha ha , my favorite thumbsdowner is again on a thumbsdowning spree

A very strange draw, too - it looks like Rafa has to play eight rounds instead of the usual seven.
Is Gasquet playing or is he injured?
How do you think Nishikori will do? He should be dangerous if he's recovered from his injury, but I don't know if he has. It's been two weeks since it happened.

Isn't it actually the other way around? Isn't he supposed to be complaining about how Rafa fluked his way into a miracle draw and you're supposed to be bemoaning its difficulty?
I might have to consult a few more handbooks or scry into my crystal for more clarity on this issue.

According the Fed fanboy handbook, which has been co-authored by the "genius" sbengte, the rule #56 clearly states that:
You announce Nadal's draw as "tough", if & only if he is in worst possible form heading into a tournament. So that when he eventually loses, you can say "Rafa failed to win again, when he finally got a hard draw"/ "He can only win with easy draws".
 The genius-ness of the Fed fanboy Handbook - IIIrd edition
I disagree. A better strategy is to say that Rafa has an easy draw, so, if he loses, one can point and laugh and say "wow, what a clown, losing to [player x] - Nadal's the worst player in history!!!"
But then again, I am consulting the 2nd edition, with a foreward by David Foster Wallace...
