Stunning free kick, against his former club as well.
Clearly not fit to lace Lucho's and Unzue's boots.I did enjoy the conversation with Pep and Arteta. No idea what they were talking about, but happy to see they were not covering their gobs like they were hiding some top secret government intel.
Di Maria's amazing FK today , It was just unsaveable.
On other news , Mbappé scored his 20th league goal of the season putting himself one ahead of Cr7 and 2 behind Messi in the Golden boot race
I would add Bayern in there as well. Never really liked them.Anyone but Real Madrid, Liverpool and Juventus.
Pretty much agree with all of that. It's going to be Barcelona > Atletico > the rest for me too as soon as I see Man United knocked out. Would be ok with someone like Tottenham or PSG winning too.I would add Bayern in there as well. Never really liked them.
I can't stand Real Madrid so yeah that's why, I never really like Liverpool and although I like Juventus I couldn't stand Ronaldo winning another UCL though he is probably already out I doubt Juve is coming back.
If I had to choose one of them though it would be Real Madrid. At least it would prove that they can do it without Kristina, and maybe people will realise that he is completely useless on a football pitch without his goals.
Other than Barca I would like to see Atletico win, their performance last night reminded me of 2014.
Tottenham ain't winning it. PSG can win it but it's better if they don't. A club with no history winning a historic competition...Pretty much agree with all of that. Since I don't see Man United coming back in Paris, it's Barcelona > Atletico > the rest for me. Would be ok with someone like Tottenham or PSG winning too.
Better that than seeing same old same old with Real Madrid. First time winners are a good thing. They have to write history at some point.Tottenham ain't winning it. PSG can win it but it's better if they don't. A club with no history winning a historic competition...
Why are you writing yourselves off? It's really open this year. I can picture most of the quarterfinalists clubs going all the way, with Roma/Porto, Tottenham and ourselves (in this moment) being the exceptions.
First of all it's dead even tie with Lyon going into Camp Nou so I can't look past them. And we are not playing at a very high level this season that stands out compared to the rest, while I hardly ever trust Barcelona to grind out for wins Real or Atletico do. Once opponents engage us in such matches, and a lot of top European teams are capable of doing that, it feels like an uphill battle for us. As great as the captain is, even he can't win games on his own all season long.Better that than seeing same old same old with Real Madrid. First time winners are a good thing. As much as I would like to see us beat Atletico Madrid en route to winning this season's Champions League, I will cheer for them against anyone else. They are the unluckiest team in the Champions League by far.
I think it's more of an underperforming team than anything else. There have been some top performances without Leo though he is really standing out in the last two years more than he did ever before.barcelona are a mediocre team without messi.
and the Argentine has a couple of good years left before his decline.
The club's leadership has to rethink how they want to form a competitive team when "la pulga" retires from football.

The club already has the post-retirement period on their mind so here is hoping some good decisions will be made when that day comes.
We have history , Just not a rich one , We won the European Cup Winners Cup back in 1996 and reach 1 more final and and 3 more European semis including CL , Also there's a firts time for everything unless you want the same bunch winning. Sure we can win this year we have TuchelTottenham ain't winning it. PSG can win it but it's better if they don't. A club with no history winning a historic competition...
Agree to some extent , Neymar was really a team player for us in the group stages , That's a reason of why we won , He's our 10psg will win the title only if neymar stop his tantrums and indiscipline.
if he plays as a team, as it should be, there is no one who can stop them this season.
nor the city, atletico, real madrid, barcelona, nobody.
Not a good time for this to happen to them

Leaving them with no managerYeah Chelsea are mess right now.Their form in the last few months have been bad, they are out of Top 4 and they have ageing squad.Plus they play City on Sunday in the League Cup final and if they lose this match Sarri could get sacked.

It's a shame that two of those guys won't be there when Real get knocked out. But I will be satisfied seeing Ramos knocked out...Yesterday marked 1000 days of Real Madrid's reign in Europe.
Sick of it yet @Tiki-Taka @Doctor/Lawyer Red Devil @Noleberic123 ?
Hopefully #600 is the winning goal in the CL final.Having Messi on your team is basically a cheat code.
He's going to reach 600 Barcelona goals before this season ends isn't he...
As weird as it sounds, I am handling that far better than @Doctor/Lawyer Red Devil and @Noleberic123 are. But good times happen to those who are patient.Yesterday marked 1000 days of Real Madrid's reign in Europe.

I don't know how you handle it. Well done. I can't wait for them to losePoor 1st half but massive improvement in the 2nd. Good subs by Valverde. Though he didn't play well which also resulted in Pique having a lot of work to do, it was good to see Umtiti back after three months.
Of course, today's win wouldn't have been possible without the captain.
Amazing volley, precise right footed finish, his usual cheeky chip and an assist to Suarez got us a big 4-2 away win against Sevilla and much needed improvement in front of goal as the team is set to play two El Clasico matches at Santiago Bernabeu next week. It would be really special to win there again...

I enjoy it very much when you guys smash them, but even if you managed to do that twice next week, it wouldn't compare to seeing them out of the Champions League. I guess all the evil over the last three years has accumulated, I am just waiting for the end...As weird as it sounds, I am handling that far better than @Doctor/Lawyer Red Devil and @Noleberic123 are. You should have seen it back when they dominated La Liga. At one point they had 19 titles in 30 years, in an era when only the champion gets to play in the European Cup (today's Champions League) next season. That was really frustrating.I don't know how you handle it. Well done. I can't wait for them to lose
