It's obviously not that but i really do question what exactly they get access to. Like is it literally a bathroom or is it the bathroom in the locker room? If it's the latter then do they have access to any clothing or gear they have left in there and if so, does said clothing have a mobile phone that they can get advice and tactics from coaches from? I mean i think its just to disrupt the rhythm, maybe splash your face with water and be alone and gather your thoughts without the crowd/people in the stadium looking at you.

First game for me for the match and the first thing I see how Zverev is using the lesser weight of the ball from Djokovic to take control easily.

I think humidity is playing a big role ,Novak looks to have a little less power than his usual matches here.
