As much as I like Maria, her chances to take the trophy are very very very slim - she honestly doesn't have the level (her serve ROFL) and honestly the level you expect from a semi-finalist.

I'll be with Petra, she's really the IT-thing now by far. She was my 6th or 7th fave from sometime ago and quickly becoming my top 4 with Vika, Maria and Julia.
