i don't think Sinner can handle the slice shots from GrigorSinner in straights. His time is now. The time is Sinner.
That’s no problem for Sinner. Straight setsi don't think Sinner can handle the slice shots from Grigor
Stars aligning for Dimitrov very much this event. Wouldn't surprise me if Sinner comes out a bit below his level and ends up losing in 3.Sinner in straights, no tiebreaks. Dimitrov maybe goes up an early break in one of the sets to provide some drama, but that’s about as far as his resistance goes.

Good call. I'm rooting for the Bulgarian, though: Sinner's got plenty of winning ahead of him.Sinner in straights, no tiebreaks. Dimitrov maybe goes up an early break in one of the sets to provide some drama, but that’s about as far as his resistance goes.

3 Miami finals? I dont think soDimitrov has made 3 finals also
No, 3 finals this year - as much as Sinner.3 Miami finals? I dont think so
Most fans want Grigor to win, but in reality. His level is second tierI have to imagine Sinner wins this. But I'm just happy Grigor is here. Never made a Miami QF and now he's here in the final. And he did it the hard way. This wasn't taking advantage of a soft draw like his previous Masters 1000 finals, he beat a couple of the best players in the world with some spectacular play.
Might be the last big chance of his career, so I'll definitely be rooting for him on Sunday.
So Alcaraz’s level is 3rd tier then? Come on…Most fans want Grigor to win, but in reality. His level is second tier
Dk is just a bit too over the top with Sinner and putting down everyone that isn’t Sinner in the process. It’s quite sad we can’t just celebrate the amazing run by Dimitrov and instead he has to call him second tier.It is pretty funny that an old, second-tier player with a 1HBH (horrors!) can take
out- twice in a row- the most highly touted player of recent times.
go figger..
Dimi’s last 3 matches:I have to imagine Sinner wins this. But I'm just happy Grigor is here. Never made a Miami QF and now he's here in the final. And he did it the hard way. Sinner has also proven himself big time these last few months, so it's not like advancing on a weak draw is a fluke for him. He likely would've beaten better players if they were in his way.Dimi’s last 3 matches:
4R: #9 Hurkacz
QF: #2 Alcaraz
SF: #5 Zverev
3 massive top 10 players back to back to back.
Compared to Sinner’s run:
4R: #66 O’Connell
QF: #60 Machac
SF: # Medvedev
Big difference.
Oh for sure, can only face who's in front of you and not putting him down, he’s the best player of this year but yeah the two draw differences are very different. Dimitrov looking for 4 consecutive top 10 wins in the one tournament, wonder when that last happened?Sinner has also proven himself big time these last few months, so it's not like advancing on a weak draw if a fluke for him.
But yeah, there's no question who has been more impressive this week.
I haven't looked super hard, but the most recent I can find is Nadal's last RG in 2022.Dimitrov looking for 4 consecutive top 10 wins in the one tournament, wonder when that last happened?
I hope that happens.Idk if Grigolo will have enough in the tank for the final but man Hubie Carlos Zverev Sinner would be quite the run
Nothing would make me happier than seeing Grigor win Wimbledon this year. Grass field is weak and if he finds his best it's not impossible. If he wins a slam he'll finally get out from the shadow of the massive expectations of being labeled baby fed. This would be pretty damn awesome too though.I hope that happens.
I agree as well. As a Sinnerfam I wouldn’t mind if Dimitrov won. But he’s going to lose in straightsSinner will win easily in 2 but man it’s so good to see how Dimitrov is doing after all these years and if he was to win this title it would be an epic run.
Sinner in straights. His time is now. The time is Sinner.
You forgot Coric 2022?Oh for sure, can only face who's in front of you and not putting him down, he’s the best player of this year but yeah the two draw differences are very different. Dimitrov looking for 4 consecutive top 10 wins in the one tournament, wonder when that last happened?
Everyone wants Dimi to win except for a few deranged TTW carrot fans.I agree as well. As a Sinnerfam I wouldn’t mind if Dimitrov won. But he’s going to lose in straights
He’ll start out fast but when Sinner starts swinging and blasting winners off the court he’ll give up. I don’t see him getting more than 7 games. He’s apart of the failed generation. Nishikori, Raonic, all losersSinner will expose False dawn of Mugtrov but ttw will cry that he didn't play his best.

Nah, consistency matters more if you play Medvedev and have to hit 35+ crosscourt backhands in a row. And I thought Alcaraz is moving so well before the Dimitrov match.Sinner too consistent and moving so well at this time
I think Sinner has got this. However, I been impressed with dimitrov. His slice, FH and BH looking great right now. It should be a cracker but Sinner is so efficient in all areas of his game. I say Sinner in 3 sets and should be a good battle!
Bad analysis.Son, don't get carried away by TTW. Mugtrov looked impressive because Z and Carlos hit balls in his zones and he could swing freely, Sinner won't give him such easy balls. 6-4 6-3 for Sinner.
Sinner vultures the title after Dimitrov's hard work to throw out literally everyone that causes trouble for the Italian; be it Hurkacz or Alcaraz or Zverev. The final is here laddies and gents.
Unexpected final to say at least but lets see if it delivers. Good luck to both of them.
Bad analysis.
I think he would’ve still beaten all of them if they had played in the final.Sinner vultures the title after Dimitrov's hard work to throw out literally everyone that causes trouble for the Italian; be it Hurkacz or Alcaraz or Zverev.
In fact poor little Dimitrov vultured ATP finals in his career the biggest prizeI think he would’ve still beaten all of them if they had played in the final.
