I don't know if you've seen recent pictures of her, but she's managed to get back into shape pretty well just six months after giving birth to twins. She looks more slim than before her pregnancy right now. Which is quite a hard job to achieve.

I haven't paid much attention to wives or husbands of tennis players. There was a time she was pretty chubby on the TV.

She definitely has good genes. I know some people can lose weight and stay slim pretty easily. I met a couple of my friends who can get fat very easily even they eat slightly more than what they used to. I am just glad that I have good genes to keep myself in good shape despite not having to kill myself in the gym since I rarely go to the gym (of course I eat healthy and I don't overeat).
And agree with the bolded part! I am happy too for the Fed's family. Their twins girls are lovely!
