Nadal is in Federer's quarter and Murray's half at Wimbledon 2013 !

If Nadal gets to the QF then I think he will go all the way, Federer should be no challenge and he'll beat Murray as he always does (especially coming off the back of a big win over Roger). With all that momentum I don't see him losing to Djokovic in the final.

So basically Nadal just needs to win his 4th round match and its a done deal. Right.

Do the bookies take bets against players? I don't care what the odds are, betting against Fed this year would be free money. No chance with that draw.

Great draw for the guys in the top half. Haas has a good shot to get to the finals if he can pull one upset. He has a shot against Djokovic having beaten him recently and being one of the top grass-court players. If the rains come at the right time, he could be facing an exhausted finalist from the other half of the draw.
(somewhat similar for whomever gets through the Gasquet/Berdych round)

I know, it's ridiculous logic from him.

Roger is not going to be a pushover on grass surely.

Murray has new found confidence after making the final last year and winning the Olympics, beating Federer in bo5 in the process. Not to mention he's well rested and ready for his Wimbledon assault.

Djokovic has been tough for Rafa as we all know by now.

And that's if Rafa even gets past the first week, after what happened last year, as a Rafa fan, I'll be taking it one round at a time where Nadal will surely have to try his best to beat Darcis.

Just wait and see, if Nadal gets to the QF I will be surprised if he doesn't win the whole thing. You are merely a Federer-hater and don't actually watch much tennis or play it at a high level, your analysis is worthless. It's not even worth talking to you.

I've called Roger the grass GOAT many times. Is that from a hater? No. I just tell it how it is when he faced weaker competition which is quite obvious really.

It's people like you, who need to continuously go at the poster instead of the post that aren't worth talking to.

This is one of the hardest draws that Rafa and Fed have faced and you're calling Rafa pretty much a lock to win the title if he makes it past the 4th round, beating the 7 time and defending Wimbledon champion, the runner up and London Olympics champion and most likely the 2011 Wimbledon champion who gives him a lot of trouble on all surfaces in the process. That is absurd logic.

And you are a Djokovic hater who wants Rafa to win Wimbledon and overtake Roger's slam record, right?

Just wait and see, there is no guarantee that your idol will go through Roger, Murray and Djokovic to win the cup

Lol, Roger is my favorite top player not Nadal, although I do greatly prefer Rafa over Murray and Djoker. Just calling it how I see it, I think Nadal will win Wimbledon if he makes it to the QF. And Roger's form has been pathetic this year, even Halle was pretty poor to be honest. That's why I don't believe in his chances.

Is this the same Rafa who lost in rd. 2 last year to #100?

Ain't this how it always goes? Can't ever catch a break. Well, if Fed wins this year too, everyone will have to shut up then. It may take a miracle, especially on best out of 5, but if he does it this year, he can pretty much take a long break afterwards until the USO. If he's out before the final, he has no excuses and will need to get over his sometimes controlling mental block he has when he plays the top guys.

Federer needs to probably deal with Nadal. Then he can clean up those silly chumps Andrew Murray and Novak Djokovic over the course of 8 sets like he did last year, making them look like schmucks in the process.

This is how it goes:

1. Đoković will play the final.
2. Nadal will not win vs Federer, Murray and Đoković, especially the latter.
3. Murray can beat Federer, hardly Nadal, and has a good chance against Đoković.
4. Federer will have a tough time against Nadal, but if he can somehow squeeze that, I think he has a good chance.

So! Đoković 50%, Murray 22%, Federer 18%, Nadal 10%.

People are vastly underestimating Fed. He beat both Nole and Murray back to back last Wimby and his last match with Nadal on grass went to 9-7th in the 5th.

Yes it will depend on his form but given his recent Halle win, at least it is not as terrible as it was a few weeks back.

how come you consider him the grass goat?i mean you are entitled to your opinion but i also think you are right. objectively speaking federer beats sampras at everything on grass. nr of titles, nr of wimby finals, 5 in a row, 7 finals in a row etc. what i don' t like is that sampras won his last wimby title without facing a single top 20 player. roger never had this luxury

Is dark horse only supposed to mean someone who can cause upsets or a potential winner ? If it is the latter, then this is absurd. Sam Querrey ? Youzhny ? Cilic ? Tommy Haas has a better chance than any of these, but even he won't be able to get past Nadalovicurray.

Actually it is not the fault of these experts, but the term dark horse has lost its meaning when Fedalovic have cleaned up everything since 2004, with Safin,Delpo,Murray picking up the odd slam. It is still inconceivable that someone outside the top 4 will win.

The only good thing for Rafa fans is Djokovic is on the other half. Rafa could've been in Djokovic's Quarter. It sucks being a 5th seed.

It's actually worse this way.

Beating Murray and then Djokovic is harder than beating Djokovic and then Murray.

Nah grass matches aren't marathons like clay matches are. At least for those who can actully break serve. Fatigue won't be an issue. Nadal needs as many matches possible on grass before he faces Djokovic. That's assuming he gets that far. Which I have doubt. Nadal is more vulnerable earlier in the tournament.

What a load. Nadal is NOT winning Wimby. The only one who got it right is the guy who picked Cvac.

This really isn't going to end until Nadal retires is it?

To be fair to you though, you are either woefully wrong 90% of the time,or you ARE actually deciding the outcome of the tournaments by picking the opposite. Then again I have been right 90% of the time, so maybe it's me deciding the matches.... your mind has been blown

So this time I agree, I say with a record of being right as much as you are wring, Nadal is not winning Wimbledon.

2 Fed lovers duking it out to see who loves him more. Fantabulous.......
