And Gulbis is known to just not show up, plus Troicki seems to always lay down when playing his countrymen Nole.

Djokovic has to make it past an energized Gasquet. He will probably win, but it won't be a rollover like the last two matches.

In all likelihood he will then face Federer in the semis (as Wawrinka is almost as good at laying down for his countryman as Troicki).

If Djoker beats Roger again and then wins out against Rafa, that will be impressive. Until then, he is playing extremely well.

Djokovic has only lost 2 sets to Gasquet in 4 effective matches (2006 Madrid, 2007 Estoril)... I don't exactly know what Richard had in Shangaï but he took 6-1 6-1 and the match before 3 & 2 if I recall well...

Gasquet is likeable... Djokovic is in the best form of his life and this will be a one sided affair... maybe not 6-0 6-1 but I can definitively see a 6-2/6-3 6-0...

Djokovic best 3 months by a player ever?

I think Fed has had a 40+ match winning streak before and Rafa had a 30+ match winning streak before. Djoker has been impressive, but this is only like his 3rd event played in 3 months. He's gained nowhere near as many points as Federer and Nadal did on their best 3 month runs. Let alone being the best 3 months by any player in history.
