Murray never chokes against the top 3 - he plays out of his skin (even in all of those pathetic GS finals) - the top 3 just expose how **** he is.

So hard to predict! No previous grass court encounter to go by but these courts are fast, they're closer to Cincy or Dubai than AO or Miami. I believe Djoko has never beaten Murray in Cincy, so I'll go with Murray + Murray will be galvanized by the home crowd. Too bad Murray will get crushed in the final by Fed though, but that's another story.

Murray turned a new leaf this year at the AO, taking Djoker to five tight sets. Actually, looking at H2H records, I am surprised how infrequently Murray has played against the top 3. Djokovic has played Nadal some 35 times and Federer 27 times, but only 13 times against Murray. In contrast, Murray has played Nadal 19 times and Federer 16 times.
It'll be close tomorrow... Djokovic hasn't played THAT well, to be honest. Thought he was more solid at Wimbledon until he met Federer. The serve is back, but the UE count is worrying. He does have a tough draw with Roddick, Hewitt, and Tsonga, but only Hewitt mounted a real fight. Tsonga practically donated his match today.

I keep vacillating on this one. After the Roddick match, I thought Nole would destroy everyone. But, Muzza is clicking now. It should be a great match. I am seeing Andy +150, Novak -200 at some shops. Gun to my head, I think Novak's firepower wins out and he takes it late in the third.

Murray is the underdog.
But this semifinal match is only best of 3, and Murray seems to gain an advantage in this regard, in that there is a better chance he will get lucky to pull an early lead against Djokovic.

55% Murray
75% Federer (but could Fed's confidence over DelPo backfire this time? For that, I don't make it 95%. It's strange to say but Fed has to pretend he's fighting Benneteau and not DelPo )
But I think Djokovic gets the bronze against DelPo. Murray has playing very well every match, but Novak has been swapping between average and amazing. Who will show up tomorrow?
It would be interesting to see a rematch of Fed-Murray. Other than the World Tour Finals, you don't generally get to see the same competitors in a final on the same exact surface so soon after battling it out. Fed beat Tsonga both in round robin and in the finals of the WTF. If he and Murray fight again, can he repeat or will Murray take it as a lesson learned, pretend it's a master's final and take the medal?

In terms of form coming to the final Murray has looked slightly better albeit with a kinder draw!
But I can't help remembering Djokovic after losing a 3 set semi final to Nadal in Beijing leaving the court in tears. Something tells me he is not going to allow that to happen again this time and will raise his game.

Murray at his best is every bit as devastating. That's when he does things like bagel Nadal, beats Federer 6-2, 6-3 in Masters finals and so on.

I gave him the edge because of Australian Open and all the damn slow courts that are out there. I still think Fed at his best on an indoor court or a Cinci or U.S. Open will pull it out. The problem is Novak is able to be at his best more often than Fed at his best.
Agree with you on Novak being lucky at the U.S. Open. They play every year and every year the match is tight. The fact that Novak has saved match points the past couple of years makes me think it's Rogi's time for some luck.
As far as Murray goes, yes he can win hard-court masters, but at hard-court slams he's still outshone by Novak and Fed.
