Nishikori got a bye in the first round and faces Ricardas Bernakis in the 3rd match tonight.

I don't think that there are any matches before 4pm except for Friday and Saturday when they have a split day/night matches.

Thanks much man. Big help! Have fun Friday!

I went down to the matches last night and got to enjoy live men's professional tennis for the first time. I have played my entire life but to see the shot making these guys are capable of live was just amazing.

I loved the atmosphere and thought that the crowd was decent sized for an early round match. The best thing about the venue is that you can leave, hit a bar for a drink/snack and then re-enter without a problem.

Also, thanks to the USTA for the members only pre-match reception. I really enjoyed the food, drinks and A/C.

Sure thing kid. Just like Benoit Paire being a bum and all the other genius musings you make around here.

Heh...love when losers like you forget about lots of other things I got right. Oh yeah, I also said Paire was solid, but didn't mean a whole lot.

Seriously, the loser contingent's getting sickening. I used to enjoy this place, but it's gotten tougher to like it.

Nobody likes a know-nothing psuedo know-it-all.

Well I'm a winner so does that give me the right to talk smack?

Muller hit a drop shot, and Fish tried to get it. It looked like he fell and hit the net post, and he stayed down for like 45 seconds. I was watching it online, so no replay.

He got up, saw a trainer for about 2 min. He then served out the game (he was down 30-40), and the trainer came back out on the changeover. Next thing I know, he's packing his bag :(

Always fun to bust on my fellow Americans though. So bad lol

For about two months, Isner had something resembling a ground game. When he had that, he could actually have a chance against Djoker and Fed. For whatever reason, he has forgotten about that and he's back to nuke-a-serve.

Fine and dandy. He's got near 30 wins this year and a top 10 ranking. He's also dangerous against anyone, but he's also prey for anyone in tennis for an upset. If anyone, like Bemelmans, who has a good ground game, is on for a while, and Isner's serve is off, anything goes.

Good for John to win today, but with Mardy out this is his chance, and he can easily blow it.

He's 24 and has gone up the rankings every single year without fail, you useless piece of whale ****. He'll be top 30, and you'll still be stupid as hell.

You throw stuff out there and then get mad when someone takes your ridiculous claims to task. The guy's never beaten anyone of worth, yet all seeing jake has him top 30 by when? Don't just say he'll be top 30, I can say I'll be top 30 without putting a time frame on it. A year? 2 years? Anything more than that and it's just pure luck if he actually does make it there. All you have is he has a 'good ground game'. Plenty of guys do, that's why they're pro!

Isner doesn't. He had it for a while, and now he struggles from the ground. If the nuke serve doesn't work, he struggles, as it showed today.

See where I get mad is when you start a fight with me and call me out for supposedly ridiculous remarks when I've been right more than wrong, and you have a thorn up your ass about it and love it when the times I am wrong. That's what makes you a piece of ****. I'm going to continue to be more right than wrong and it's because of information.

INFORMATION! Something you'll never have.

You know, a friend reminded me of something tonight. He was right.

I had totally forgotten that I took all the negative people out of here for a reason...this guy should be no different.

Goodbye

You are aware that you are coming across as being completely pathetic right? Did you make a pass at him and he turned you down or something?

Can we talk about the actual tennis?

I watched some of Johnson/Sock. I didn't think either player looked that sharp. Really poor returning from both players.

I saw Isner/Bemelmans. I thought Bemelmans played well the first set. Isner was making some UE but Belemans was returning serve well. Isner started to find the range on his groundstrokes in the second set.

Sucks about Fish. This went to an American surely winning to about 50-50 now.

I've never seen Soeda. Not sure I can make it to any more matches.

Note: It's hard to overstate how freaking hot and humid it is. Brutal conditions.

Wow saw the score was 1-2 Nishikori with break point and left for a while, come back and it's 6-2 to Soeda?? Guess if Nishikori's off he could win it but thought Soeda didn't have much more to his game than consistency.

Nishikori fixing matches so his Japanese buddy can win.

I watched the last couple of games and Soeda was playing very good. Nishikori was pissed off and I saw him throw his racquet 2 times in 3 games. Nishikori is one of my favorite players, I was hoping that he could get a little close to the top 10 this year but after that injury in the clay season he hasn't been playing that well. Well at least an Asian guy got to the semi's in a 250 tournament, I want them to bring out more and more good tennis players.

Soeda started 120 and is now going to be like 45. No win of his surprises me.

going down to the semis tonite to watch Isner vs Roddick.
Should be a serve fest with fast games. I think Roddick has a shot.
Isner didn't look so great last night against Sock.

Roddick already acting a clown two games in..ffs acts like he's right about every call.

The petulant manner when he does it is such a turn off, say your piece then start playing quit being such a whiny biatch

Yeah it's a shame because he's really likable off the court, on it he gives too many reasons to not root for him.

Muller's playing awesome though really pushing for that first title, like how he's playing some risky tennis and mixing it up with net play and drop shots as well as hard flat shots and slice

anyone got a good stream?
