If Roger actually turns this match around and wins I will forever worship at the altar of the Fed.
the Muzz offensive is too much to handle for the fed. Vamoz!
Why? Because they're not kissing Federer's ass?
So what ?
Murraty certainly surprised me; to quote Brad Gilbert's oft-used line, he's taking Federer "to the woodshed!"
Yeah, because Murray is really a threat to Federer, right? Keep telling yourself this is going to be even a remotely competitive match.
Well it was good while it lasted but feds wont stay number 1 for long.
Looks like Federer will win a 6th game.
A year from now no one will remember or care about Olympics. It's just not a big deal in pro tennis. But it will be a big boost to Murray and Delpo, both of whom should go on to win multiple majors.
Oh snap! 6-2, 6-1, 4-2 Murray?!
Can someone tell me what's been happening? Is Murray playing incredible or is Fed just too tired from the semi's?
Fed fans are too use to having the crowd support with Federer. Why? Because they're not kissing Federer's ass?
On CLAY.
Riiiiiiight !
Shaping up to be a disappointing final...
Expected more out of Fed, despite the hurdle of trying to win Wimbledon and then Olympic Gold back-to-back at his age.
Still thought that Murray was a big enough question mark, that Fed would have been able to win at least a set.
This signals to me that Murray has truly learned from his past disappointments, and that he will truly be a force to be reckoned with, no matter who he has to face amongst the top 3, in the slams to come (and let's face it...winning a slam, still remains a huge question mark for Murray to overcome).
Nadal still holds the record for least games allowing Federer to win in a best-of-5 final, at 4 games. Murray can come close, he's currently at 5 games.
I know, just like Bastl was too good for Sampras at Wimbledon, just outplayed the so called grass GOAT.
Well Rafa > Fed of course
Well.. Fed got the bigger and more important match at wimbledon.. This shouldn't bother Fed to much anyways
what's interesting is now Murray will have won 2 olympic medals, maybe 2 golds, and beaten Djokovic and Federer in straights to do it in the singles which puts him above Nadal as an olympian. He also looks like beating Federer in straight sets on grass which Nadal has never done in 3 attempts  Also never been bagelled by Federer on grass like Nadal was and he's breadsticked Federer which nadal has never done
What are the implications regarding Nadal's grass ability?

Bitter.............
I'm still not convinced it will be any different in the majors. The Olympics is more on Masters Series/Davis Cup level.
