I am going to buy a vcore pro 97 after testing and loving it, but I do not know which string to strung, I saw that this frame does not work well with hyper g or you need to strung with different tensions.
Please help me

18x20 ftw

Semi-Pro
My buddy prefers poly tour pro with his.

edit: he strings it @ 48 lbs. Solid 4.5 counterpuncher/baseliner with flattish strokes.

-i prefer poly/poly at lower tensions on my yonex frames
-normally (on my yonex frames) i like/prefer the crosses a couple lbs lower than the mains
-choose your starting tension point on the mains and go from there (for the cross tension)
-by doing this tension hybrid (lowering the crosses from the mains), you are creating better snapback and enlarging the sweet spot feel
-not everyone likes the same type of feel, so you'll need to judge for yourself

-btw @PD1978 mentioned, his setup suggestions is also a very popular comfortable/power setup; not for me, but many seem to like it as well

I love my Vcore Pro 97 and feel like it plays well with almost everything. I usually play with a gut/poly hybrid (VS Touch in the mains and ALU Big Banger Power in the crosses at 54 and 49 respectively). I also love a full gut setup with the crosses about 5 lbs lower than the mains. My son has his set up with RPM Blast at 54/49 and it plays quite nicely. I just strung up Yonex Poly Tour Fire 17 at 53/48 and like it enough that I think I'm going to move to full poly. I ordered some Hyper G as a test. Really love the racquet and haven't yet found a string I didn't like in it.

i use vcp97 310g weighted to 350g with 3/4g @10&2, also extended 1/4” length. I use VCT 16g mains with thin round soft copoly that provides good tension maintenance as a cross. SPPP 17L, YPTP 17 work fantastic. Strung at 38/36 and it feels wonderful...softer than gut/poly at 50/47. VCT 16g provides better bite/spin and durability as well as cheaper price point. What’s not to love about this string.

I tried Hyper G in my VCore Pro 330 at 48 lbs and did not like it at all. Ground strokes were sailing long on me all day, no control.

Going to give Cyclone Tour a try at maybe 55 lbs.

Poly Tour Strike black 1.25 is amazing in my VCP330, but I don’t find the racquet to be too string sensitive actually.

I string at 51/49lbs on a lockout.

Basically any dead or stiff poly strung below 48lbs will work. I have two 310s and a 330. I love hyper g in it strung at 44/42. And I also like RPM blast at the same tension. Volkl cyclone is also really good in it
