Yep, she's fabulous looking.

Milos did a nice job in this match. He could sneak a slam, you never know. If Cilic could win one, Milos may be able to. He's a hard worker.

He has to play this way in almost every match. I don't think he can take out djokovic. Novak's returns are precise, plus raonic's backhand is one of the most unreliable shots when he is pressured. I think he would have trouble against murray as well.

As long as this is not a continuation of Federer's pattern of looking good in the SF and fading in the final, I'm okay.

He could have a good two weeks and if Djokovic is taken out by somebody else, you never know. As for Raonic beating Murray, their h2h is 3-3.

Congrats to Federer for the good week and congrats to Raonic for the title. If Coric wins today, too, then we might have a positive start for the younger generations in 2016.

I think in a gs stage, murray would have the upper hand. But you nvr know. Raonic needs a good draw and some upsets, I don't he has beaten wawrinka.

Fully deserved victory for Milos! Federer making sickness excuses was a bit classless, sick or not dont make it seem that was the reason. Raonic played better today and simply deserved the title. /rant over

Didn't this sickness thing get brought up before the tournament? And it turned out he was fine, and nothing else was made of it? Why do you think he is making this sickness excuse?

Didn't see Federer making any excuses. He clearly said Milos deserved the win. Milos winning and Federer being sick are not mutually exclusive. Federer was clearly coughing and definitely not at his best.

Milos was classless for not acknowledging the RU no matter what his issues are!

Because, Federer said during his speech" even though I was a bit sick, I still made the final" He didn't say that was why he lost!

This is kind of my point. Its already been stated that he's been ill so why mention it again in the speech? I dont know, Federer fans will obviously see it differently but i find it a little classless. I do feel like altho no player will outright say that, the phrasing of things is obviously bitter. Remember when Djokovic said something like "i allowed Federer to play" or something, the implication being if he was at his best, he wouldnt win. I felt like thats what Federer did with the re- mention of the illness

I see Federer smiling and giving credit to Raonic in his post-match conference. So, he's obviously not bothered with the loss, and definitely not being classless. He says he still has a cough ( he was coughing throughout the tournament).

Yeah, well, it happens. Whether on purpose or not. I remember Fed's speech from the Dubai 2012 final, and he didn't mention Murray at all either. I do agree that they should at least acknowledge their opponent.

Anyways i too hope Federer heals and Im sure he'll have a better aussie open and also on the flip side, this might spark Raonic to a good run maybe? Would love to see his make a SF and get a shot against one of the big boys (most likely Murray/Djokovic)

It's ok - RAFA sometimes forgets to mention the runners up when he wins trophy after trophy.
Of course, you learn more in a loss to a top player than winning against lower-ranked players.
That's why I believe yesterday was RAFA's greatest learning experience.
And we all know that more learning = greater preparation.
RAFA looking to challenge for the Double Career Slam at the AO.
