PCB has never won a match here, he’s 0-5 at Wimby lol. Talk about bad luck drawing querrey first round though.
Actually 0-6 now. This is a real demerit on his resume, especially losses 4 and 5 to Popyrin in the teen’s Wimby debut and Radu Albot. I can see losing to Ferrer, Monfils and Raonic 1R when Busta was greener. Today is no shame either other than he looked resigned to losing very early; Sam Q. can Busta move at SW19 although I think he’ll celebrate in a more reserved way tonight inside the bubble:

Isner(2.08 m) lost to Nishioka(1.7 m). The height difference is 0.38 m. Is this the most David vs Goliath thing ever to happen in tennis?

Yet no calls for Isner to hang it up. Weird.

Also what's with Lucas Poille ?? Once one of the best players in the world, loses in 1st round against the horn frog........................:cry: and Lucas looked devastated after this match loss........ his marriage hasn't improved his game at all...

There are Joke Draws and then there is Djokovic Wimbledon 2021 draw, I mean A newbie Brit, A washed up Kandy, A journeyman Kudla or another Seppi and only God can tell which of the 4 he will meet in 4th rd, I mean this is seriously a Joke draw I bet even Djokovic couldn't have picked a draw by himself as good as this until the Rd 4 and even in qf,sf he will get just untested commodities at that level

CONGRATS to TW's own Marcos Giron. who took out the up and coming talented player Russavvorri today. Grass isn't Russavoiri's best surface but still this is an excellent win.

Oh…oops. I was wondering what he was still doing in qualifiers
No problem. Elias blazed the trail for kid bro Mikael and looked to be a climber but has regressed. Ironically, the two brothers were playing a Challenger match against each other when Mikael wrecked his hip a few years ago. That kept the Younger Ymer off the tour for nearly a year just as he was making a move up the charts.

Fritz should have closed out Nakashima already...Going to have a chance to break for the match though. I'm sure he will trust himself in the breaker though.

Yeah...for the life of me I did not know why Fritz was considered such an underdog. I didn't realize the knee surgery, but he has experience on this surface and Nakashima doesn't (despite the great run in qualifying)

Liam Broady giving Schwartzman all he can handle, winning the last 4 games and taking the first set 6-4. I like his game.

Tiafoe is up on Popsipil.
If he pulls this match out he seems to be in good form.
Do not like his wonky strokes but it will be good to see him make a deep run here.
Seems to be motivated and pumped up.
