Just got back, seems like Jabeur was having a tough time emotionally. I saw that she was (almost?) crying, was it just the loss? Aww Belinda says “Please don’t cry, you are amazing”. :) And then she follows it up with something like “I would also like to thank my team, they have to deal with a lot, sometimes I can be a real pain” :-D

Well, she kind of hesitated, she did get back into position kind of half-hearted. Tough decision, glad I'm not an umpire!
She hesitated but at that point it didn't have any effect on the outcome of the point.
She saw the ball was out and hesitation is a natural reaction to seeing that.
The umpire should have checked the mark.
At the very least, the point should have been played again.

It's not as if Bencic continued playing after the ball was out.

Yes very emotional. She only has one WTA title to her resume so far.

She has not been feeling well. That’s true tho…. Wonder what’s wrong with her. Like Krejcikova, last I saw her compete she was really off, lethargic… came to find out her elbow(?)… had been the problem.
