Tsitsipas in AO 2022 was a diff ball game, he was never in the lead. He had a poor strategy and he was being moved around in the court. Im sure if they play next time on a hard court, I can guarantee you that Tsitsipas will be losing 100%. In fact i can bet by year end 2023, Sinner will be higher ranked than Tsitsipas
I agree with what you say. Sinner was odds on favorite going into the match. Yes he started poorly and went behind early. The issue however is there was not much fight after that. He should have tried to mix things up, change tactics.
He's young and inexperienced, as I say, the next time they play. Tsitsipas will be losing for sure. I dont think Sinner will win his match against Novak but if his first serve percentage is below 60%, then its a routine win for Novak.
Ofcourse Tsitsipas will most likely fall behind sinner quickly. His BH is a big liability everywhere except clay. Sinner is too good a player not to take advantage of that.
