It's boring. Back in the day - players would throw caution to the wind, be aggressive all the time, and play to win.
Now it's just defense and transition to offense occasionally. Players play to not lose rather than to win. The players who are the best defenders usually win.
That's why Alcaraz is like a breath of fresh air - even if he is immature with his shot selection and decision making.

Not sure if stamina is the issue here. Problem solving and playing solid is. The only reason he got back in the set is because of the even dumber choices and horrific misses from Cachin, nothing else.
